Unhelpful vets. Went on recommendation of humane society but wish we hadn't- vet had performed a spay on our adoptee in the shelter while the dog was ill, prolonging her recovery. Because the dog was sick, dr. didn't give rabies on first visit, but told us to "pop in" to vet lobby for said shot. Today, a life/death family situation emerged out of town that required quick travel. Since our dog still didn't have the rabies & we needed to board her asap. When we called to explain that we were popping in for the shot, they changed their tune, and they said they were booked all day friday & saturday and the dr. didn't have "15 seconds" to give my dog a shot. No matter how "booked" a compasionate dr would have 15 seconds to give a shot, especially when their mission statement claims to give "uncompromised personal service to our clients." I got ZERO personal service,& rude treatment from staff. I would not recommend, they are average to poor vets, & their service & interpersonal skills suck.
