Excellent clinic! Vets are very compassionate and knowledgable. The vet I paged at night when my cat was very ill called me back immediately, could not have been more helpful. The reception staff at the front desk can be pretty frosty, but the vets and the overall animal care are fantastic.

This is definitely the best veterinary service in the three-state area. I have been using this facility for more than 25 years and it's quite a drive for me. These veterinarians are caring and professional. I have taken many different kinds of animal to them including cats, dogs, cows, horses, and even chickens and have never been dissatisfied. They are usually busy which speaks volumes about the type of service they provide. They use modern equipment and have modern facilities. The doctors there all know me by name and often ask about my family or even my other animals. The get to know their clients on a personal level and it is very much appreciated. Many of my friends and extended family also use this clinic and feel the same as I do. Wonderful, friendly,caring, intelligent people in a nice, clean atmosphere; What more could you want? I would recommend this clinic to anyone.

I have used these Vets for over ten years. They are the best and are always just a phone call away day or night. We have 10 horses,4 cats and 2 dogs. I trust them with all of them.

I will never use the Siloam Springs Vet Clinic again. I do not recommend them to anyone. There are several vets that share the clinic, and I have not been to EVERY one, but the two I have been to have been less than stellar. It's almost an assembly line attitude in the clinic. The waiting room is filthy (urine on the floor, bad odors, flies everywhere, hair on the seats and coating the floor) and very cramped. The reception area is small and there seems to be at least 5 people tripping over each other back there at all times. One girl in particular is very rude and unprofessional. She argues with customers and treats them like they are stupid. The clinic would do good to get rid of her before they lose more customers over her. The vets are quick to put an animal to sleep, instead of looking for alternative ways to treat them. They have so many customers lined up that they try to get you out the door ASAP. Don't look for personalized care there and be prepared to wait! BAD!
