	1/31/13	3	5	5	5	Overall, a good experience with my pup....just ask long as the right person answers the phone. Every once in a while, a young girl will answer and doesn't seem to comprehend much. The Mathias' (staff veterenarians) are great. They allow you to drop off a pet for exam, the docs personally call you with their reported findings, and you can pick up the pet later. Emails to the clinic only sometimes get returned.
