I wont be taking my cat back, I had a healthy cat till she got her shots and now she is really sick and they have no idea what is wrong with her they just want to run test after test till they find out what's wrong with her so they want me to pay for there guess work because they have no idea what is wrong with her.

Overall, a good experience with my pup....just ask long as the right person answers the phone. Every once in a while, a young girl will answer and doesn't seem to comprehend much. The Mathias' (staff veterenarians) are great. They allow you to drop off a pet for exam, the docs personally call you with their reported findings, and you can pick up the pet later. Emails to the clinic only sometimes get returned.

We received such great care at Tipp City Animal Hospital-- I can't say enough about this place. 1. Staff-- they were helpful and friendly-- when we walked in the greeted us and made us feel welcome. 2. The facilities are beautiful-- I've never been to a vet like this-- tall ceilings (25ft?), a fireplace in the waiting room, treats for dogs and bottled water for people. It was clean and actually smelled good. I toured the boarding facilities and they are also clean and open-- they have tall ceilings, skylights, and plants in a central atrium. 3. Punctuality-- we were seen during our scheduled time. 4. Monetary value-- They aren't the cheapest place around, but the quality of care and facilities are so outstanding that they are definitely worth it.
