Dr. Bouchard is an extremely skilled and caring veterinarian. It really shows that she loves animals including her own.If you want to find a vet that really cares she is at the top of my list based on my previous experiences with other vets.She helped extend the life of our beloved cat Smokey who had kidney disease. She is definitely top notch.

It is a mom and pop operation. Customer service is just okay and they charge a lot by running all kinds of tests. Not impressed.

Will not give a quotation for a neutering unless you bring your dog there and pay for a Doctor's visit. Staff are unpleasant and evasive when speaking with customers both in person and on the telephone. Dr. Helene Bouchard should be ashamed for running a business this way. Not recommended in our community.
