Terrible place with uncaring staff. My old sweet dog was dying of cancer and in pain. I just needed some pain medication to ease his suffering. I kept being told that someone would call me back, but no one ever did. When I eventually tried to make an appointment to have him put to sleep, the staff were very rude and uncaring on the phone. They were annoyed and told me they just didn’t have any available appointments. If you love your fur babies, stay clear of this clinic!!

Avoid at all costs. Services and supplies are overpriced. Vet that saw our dog was not very knowledgeable and was far more concerned with overcharging us for unnecessary tests than the actual health of our pet.

My only experience with this veterinary clinic is buying food. Cumberland recently took over the All About Cats and Dogs Clinic. The first time there was a 2% increase on the price of the food from the former owner. The second time I ordered they quoted a price that was 50% higher. That’s right 50%! They checked it twice. I ordered from the University at the old price saving $50. Seriously, it was less than a $100 and Cumberland wanted $154. I guess we will ind another vet to take our cats to for their check ups.

I have been to a couple clinics in the city of Saskatoon. The vets are really knowledgeable and interested in helping the patient without charging excessively. They know what tests are needed and do not overdo the diagnostics.

I find them to be very friendly and very kind with my cat. The bills have no surprises and unlike my former vet they don't seem to be looking for opportunities do extra billings. Dr. Terry is very kind and knowledgeable and thorough.

This clinic is horrible. I took my cat there because of his excessive gagging and lethargy and they literally could not tell me what was wrong with him, after sedating him and keeping him there all day they still did not no what was wrong, 300 dollars later and a prescription and he still continues to gag. I do not recommend this clinic to no one. My baby is still gagging and I do not know what to do, I feel so helpless. I will be taking him to another vet.

This clinic seems to encourage sedation for every procedure and prior to switching to my current vet would recommend expensive follow up visits with my dog (rather than complete a proper examination at the time of my first appointment). While the staff are good, the vets seem to lack empathy. When I first started going to this clinic I was not aware of their reputation for overcharging for their services. I would not recommend this clinic to anyone.

I had a brand new kitten and they answered all of my questions and I will continue to bring my cat there all of her life! I would definitely recommend this place for others.
