My dog had an apt. and we were on time. I told the staff I'd wait outside because he is so scared. I was out there for a half hour Went inside and after sitting there for a while I was told that the vet wouldn't see him til 7,715,800. They couldn't even give me a set time. My dog gets very upset and very worked up at the vets. He also has heart issues and doesn't need that stress on top of the stress he already has. It highly upset me. It's plain as day they don't truly care. There was no need for that. He has been going there for the past year and becsuse they were running late they pushed him to the back of the line. He should of been the next one to see the vet.I bought him to another vet who I only let my cats see and she seen him the next day and he didn't even have to wait. She cares about her clients and the animals. I explained to her my situation and she made room in her shcedule the next morning. The vet did call and aplogized but I still don't feel good about what happened.

My dog is nasty some times it doesn't help that he can't hear. His health isn't the best and he is old. He has had seen some really bad "vets" in the past so he is affraid of all of them. His doctor Daly is so gentle with him and she cares about his well bieng. She doesn't want to sedate him when, you would think that she would. He went after her. He is only 7 lbs. She even has gotten on the floor with him he is terrified of the table. He has also had a dental by doc Linick he called when he went in and when he came out. And made a point to see me when he was ready to go home. The staff is very nice and caring and the Doctors are the best.

I have a 4 week old kitten who wasn't able to deficate. even though I tried to stimulate her so i made an appointment. well needless to say they had to give her an enema. then they decided to run test with out even asking me. and they said they'd give me medication that would help her to relieve herself. called the next day and the medication wasn't even for that it was for vomiting. she didn't have that problem at all. I will never take her there again. it's way over priced and run test without asking and given medication that wasn't necessary. what kind of vet does things like that. I feel like it was just to get more money out of me.
