I took my dog here almost at almost midnight, the staff were kind and sympathetic . The emergency vet was extremely thorough and knowledgeable. He provided me with way more help than my regular vet’s follow up visit. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone and bring my dog here again.

I don't normally do ratings or reviews but this place blew me away with their kindness. Sadly, my dog Riley died at home and we had to take him here. Me and my family were all obviously really upset but these people were so sweet to us. We were brought in a private room to pick out what urn we wanted and the secretary lady was so supportive and didn't rush us. The vet was wonderful and patient and so was the nurse. I really hope I don't have to bring any of my other pets here for obvious reasons but they were just wonderful. It takes special people to do what they do.

A couple of months ago, I had to bring my beloved cat here to be put down. I was alone, & it was one of the most difficult things I've ever had to do, but I knew it was time. I've only just been able to write this review now, as I have been too upset. From the vet to the pet nurse, everyone at this clinic was just wonderful, but I was especially touched by the warmth & care that the receptionist, Angela showed me in my time of need. So much so that I wanted to know her name, as I knew I'd be writing a review. I hope she doesn't mind that I've used it. Thank you so much, Angela, for your compassion & understanding. I can tell it was genuine. You made things a bit easier for me in such a distressing time. Also, a big thank you to the lovely doctor & nurse. You were both amazing, and I'm sorry I didn't get your names. Despite it being quite busy when I was there, I never felt rushed. Everyone took their time with me and my precious girl. I would recommend this vet to anyoneThanks, Cindy

The support staff were fantastic. The examination left much to be desired. The vet diagnosed by dog with most likely a dietary issue or upset stomach. After speaking to a friend of mine who is a vet, she said it sounded highly suspicious of heat stroke. After a cold bath, and no help from the clinic whom I paid $107 dollars for nothing; my pooch is back to normal.

We have been to this emergency clinic three times. Once was for a dog with bloat, once for a dog who ate medication, and once for a cat with an ear injury. Each time, our case was handled professionally, triaged appropriately, and our options discussed before treatment. Like any emergency situation, they are not the cheapest option, but they saved both my dogs when I did not think it was possible.

We took our dog here after she was attacked by another dog. We spent $600 for sedation and minor surgery (stitches in her ear). The vet did not advise us of any after care and just said to look for discharge or funny smells as signs of infection and to have a vet recheck her in 5-7 days. Sure enough our dogs ear got infected and they have been very unhelpful. I called two days ago to speak to the head vet and my call has still not been returned. I feel as if my dogs ear is worse now than when the attack happened. These vets don't care about your pets, only your money!

For an after hours emergency clinic, this place is top notch! Their front desk staff are lovely, technicians seem highly skilled, and doctors, extremely knowledgeable. I've never been shown anything but compassion and understanding at this animal hospital and I'm so grateful to have them in my area! I had to bring my dog to them this past week and I really appreciated how the front desk girl (I'm sorry I forget her name) would come out to inform us of what they were currently doing (in the treatment area) with my dog. It helped ease my mind and broke up the wait time, even though we don't have to wait very long. All in all, excellent service!

Having used this clinic on numerous occasions, I can honestly say this is an excellent Emergency clinic. They have always been very compassionate,understanding and knowledgable. Just about everytime I have been there I have been lucky enough to have Dr. Cane treat my animals..funny how all the emergencies happen in the middle of the night??!! She is an awesome vet, knows her stuff and very straight forward. If she had a practice, I would be switching to her. I highly recommend this ER clinic for your animals emergencies. For an emergency clinic the price is average, and really people if your going to own an animal, expect the unexpected!!! That's what pet insurance is for.
