This emergency vet is by far the most over-priced in the county. I took my dog in after she was attacked by another dog and they tried to tell me I needed to spend over $1,000 on something that she didn't need. My dog has been seen for the same reason at another vet and I was charged hundreds less ($160 total). Then on the estimate there were multiple charges of things that did not make sense, when I asked for clarification the Doctor and the assistant could not tell me the same story. Also on one of the estimates they were wrong and the excuse was that there was a miscommunication, well if my dog is in your care there should not be any miscommunication.
The staff is extremely unprofessional and has no compassion for people or animals. There are many cheaper emergency vets to go to who actually care about their patients and are willing to work with clients who don't have the financial situations to fork over thousands of dollars for a couple of staples.
