I've tried to write reviews on other sites but they always get deleted so I'll give this a shot. Dr. Berry misdiagnosed my dog. She gave him 4-6 weeks to live, it will be 2 years next month and he's still going strong. While in the process of misdiagnosing I spent 2500.00 in tests and went through weeks of no call backs. I would call daily to get test results and be told by impatient staff members that the doctor would call me back asap. At one time I wanted 10 days with no call back. This was all happening while I was thinking my dog was dying. She wrote blatant lies in the notes on my chart, the staff gave my new vet a hard time transferring records. It was TERRIBLE. I wouldn't wish that experience on anyone. Please be an advocate for your pet and go elsewhere....
