My beautiful healthy puppy died after being spayed because Dr. Mann thought she may have made a mistake. My family is in shock, our grief is beyond description. She did not offer to pay for an autopsy and told us if we wanted one it would cost $800.00. Considering that she openly admitted that she may have made a mistake, I would think she would want to know what the mistake was so she wouldn’t tear apart another family like she did mine. I am living a nightmare trying to recover from our loss. We even had to pay for cremation... I would think she could have at least covered those costs. I would never recommend this vet to anyone.

We had recently moved to Port Credit and our aging dog needed veterinary care. We chose Animal Hospital of Port Credit, as the reviews were good and it was close. We first visited the clinic in December 2016 when our dog needed care for an abscess in his mouth. Dr. Mann was very gentle and knowledgeable, and helped us make our best friend more comfortable. By July 2017, we knew it was time to let our pet go. As any dog owner knows, that is one of the hardest things we do in our lifetime. We brought our pet to Dr. Mann and she was wonderful. She was kind, gentle and patient. She talked us through the entire process, didn’t rush us, and showed true empathy. Everyone at the clinic was very respectful of our grief. I never want to go through that experience again but if I had to, I would do so with the help of Dr. Mann. She is truly a good person.

Dr. Mann is in a league of her own. Before meeting her I did not even imagine someone like her could exist. She has a way about her that lets you know she is all heart, through and through. Her care and recommendations were always from a place of strong ethics and compassion, never once did we feel she was acting as a business woman. Her business is strong as an outcome of what an amazing vet she is, she never tries to “sell” you anything. When it came time to have to put Wilson down she made what was possibly the toughest day I’ve had next to losing my father such a beautiful experience. She allowed him to pass in my arms while I cried the kind of cry that leaves you gasping for your next breath. All the while she and my amazing steadfast husband ensured all that needed to be done was done. She even shed a few tears herself. Dr. Mann is not simply a vet, she is a deeply soulful woman that gifts everyone that has the privilege of having her care for their furry loved ones.

Dr. Mann and her husband are the best. I have been to many vets over the years and her caring and loving nature to my cats always bring me back to her. Mr. Dr. Mann does the most amazing surgeries that I have ever seen and both are so incredibly compassionate and respectful of the animals. They came to my home to help my girl cross the rainbow bridge and their kindness and compassion were amazing. I highly recommend them.

They took care about our pup and l was told by a woman l met walking the dog that the Mann's are you he best. After a stick was removed from his tail and with only a local they Both worked together and we were very impressed by with their caring and professional attitude for the task at hand. Actually he has another stick in his tail and will gladly be calling the Mann's this week!!!

My dog has been a patient for over 1 year. He has had surgery at this clinic and, while others may want after surgery care, I was very happy they didn't try to force me to leave my dog overnight. I feel very strongly that once the surgery is complete, I can give him the best care during recovery. And recover he did, without any issues. The previous vet identified slightly heightened liver enzyme levels and, instead of exposing him to a battery of tests, Dr. Mann prescribed a vitamin and we test his levels regularly. They have remained at acceptable levels, albeit slightly high, for well over a year and, even though he's eleven years old, he still acts like a very healthy happy puppy. I have found these vets to be caring, professional and knowledgeable, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

Dr. Mann is not professional when you question her authority or medical beliefs. She prescribed my tiny 5 pound chihuahua a two-week trial of antibiotics after a dental scaling (no extractions), believing that its safer to use antibiotics as a preventative measure IN CASE an infection were to arise due to deep level scaling in some areas. I am not a doctor, but I am a naturopath and my views clash with hers. Clearly, this is not something she is equipped to deal with in her doctor-client relationships.
I tried 3 times to telephone Dr. Mann to discuss my concerns. I was given the run around by her secretary and when I finally got a hold of her the next morning, she hung up on me. She HUNG UP on me.
When I called again later I was unable to get a word in edge-wise. Rather than speaking with me Dr. Mann was talking AT me. This is certainly not the type of doctor client relationship I want.

I have been going to this veterinary clinic for the past 3 years. Have found both Dr. Mann's to be extremely friendly and helpful. Quality of surgery work is more than satisfactory. Love that the spay neuters involve internal stitches so usually no need for a cone and the stitches self dissolve. Rates on the above surgeries are affordable. I recommend this clinic to a lot of my friends and family and they have nothing but praise.

My husband and I had horrible experience with this clinic. Our cat was got completely messed up from the spaying surgery and she had hormonal behaviour issues ever since then. Instead of diagnosing our cat carefully, Dr. Mann kept defending her husband, other Dr.Mann, who did the spaying surgery, as "he never made one mistake." She wanted to exclude the possibility of ovarian remnant so she gave our cat an exploratory surgery. It turned out our cat still had behaviour issue instead of ovarian remnant after all. Dr.Mann then blamed us for "letting her open up the cat for nothing." She suddenly got angry with us on the phone, giving us attitude, hanging up the phone on our face, and stormed out of the room in the middle of a conversation when we came to pick up our cat after the surgery. It seems like she had a big fight with her husband that day and her behaviour to customers was very unprofessional.

Honestly, Dr. Mann is amazing. She will suggest the best course of action for your animal, and really truly cares. I just had my puppy "fixed" with them, and they did a great job on her. Even little things like annual vaccines - she is very courteous and will break out into multiple visits if that is what is best for your animal (without you even having to ask)! :) GREAT VET. It can be really hard to find good ones that don't want to charge you out the ying-yang for unnecessary treatment... I really feel that Dr. Mann has your animal's best interest as her #1 priority. Highly recommended.

This is an amazing animal hospital! Dr. Mann was incredible with our sick Kitten. She was patient and explained in detail what was wrong and what our options would be moving forward. She was intune with the animal in a way I've never seen from the vets I've visited in the past. I highly recommend Dr. Mann, she was truly amazing to work with.

We have two cats 13 years of age and they have moved quite a bit in their lives. They have known many vets in the process. This is by far the best clinic they have ever had an association with.We highly recommend this place.

Dr Mann was thorough and honest about the options for treating my diabetic kitty. She did not overcharge and gave her time freely to support us in getting our kitty well again. Dr Mann is a vet for all the right reasons. Highly recommend!

My little Westie started to have health problems two years ago. I've changed two vets in few months as I couldn't get any help except very high bills. I came to Dr. Mann office year and half ago and I was very surprise how professional, pleasant passionate doctor she is. The fees are reasonable and she have gone far out of her way to help my little terrier. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them. Thank you Dr. Mann.

Both Mr. Mann and Mrs. Mann are amazingly knowledgeable, experienced and passionate about their profession and patients; always attentive and responsive no matter how busy they are; very honest in terms of diagnosis and pricing, always suggesting the best pricing options.
I’ve heard some people complained about the lack of post-surgical care… well that’s where, in my opinion, pets owners should step in. If people who complained cannot afford to take time-off to care about their pets after surgery, they might consider hiring a certified pet sitter to do the job. In my case (my cat’s case, more precisely) both Mr. Mann and Mrs. Mann provided me with all necessary information and addressed all my questions and suggestions. I followed all their instructions (invested a lot of my time, took a few days-off) and my cat recovered fast, with no complication.

I am the owner of a small dog who has had digestive issues for more than half his 5 years. This is the very best vet I have ever visited. Dr. Mann was very, thorough, concerned, compassionate and knowledgeable. She is the only vet who was able to treat my dog successfully and he is like a new dog - a complete turnaround in his health. I highly recommend their services to everyone. If you are looking to have excellent care for your companion animals look no further!

We began dealing with Dr. Mann through a rescue that we foster cats for, and after a few visits and chats on the phone regarding our fosters we decided to begin bringing our cats and dog there as well. Dr. Mann is always very honest and never tries to sell us on products or services that we don't need (unlike other vets we've seen in the past). Their prices are reasonable and they take their time; you never feel rushed out of the clinic. They are very patient with our sometimes fearful dogs, and very gentle. I would definitely recommend them.

We have been going to this clinic since 2010 and I must say my family and I have never encountered such caring and knowledgeable vets before. Both Mr. and Mrs. Mann are passionate about what they do and as a result offer the best treatment possible for their patients. The Dr's are always available to answer questions in person and over the phone. They explain in detail all of our questions and make sure you are well informed regarding what is happening with treatment etc. From the bottom of our hearts, thank you for being so amazing at what you do! BEWARE. I had the most beautiful tabby, very ill and Dr. Man did not know anything about the illness. She did not ask an expert. All she complained of was they don't get back to her. I can see why, they are the most unprofessional vets I've met in my life. I had to do all the work in making calls and then telling them who to call. Even though my cat has now passed painfully, thanks to both Dr. Man's not doing anything about research. They just let him die. I look back and the cat I have had for so many years was suffering and I didn't even know how much until the end when I rushed him to emergency. I lodged a complaint to Medical as Dr. Mann said they won't reimburse me for unused canned food? I knew this is something a vet has to do. After medical called them, they emailed me. I went over with the case of food and was yelled at by both so called bets and the unschooled secretary. Also they do surgery on animals but don't have staff to look after them in the eve.

Just brought my new puppy BoBo to see Dr.Mann. I can`t thank her enough for making my first vet visit an amazing experience. She,along with the hospital staff,was friendly, knowledgeable, pleasant and took amazing care of my puppy. On the top of it, she is reasonably priced,so you don`t have to worry about leaving the vet with a sour taste in your mouth. I can only recommend her to all my friends and it is a piece of mind to know you found a vet for life. Thank you again Dr.Mann!

I cannot say enough about this clinic. Both Drs. Mann are wonderful vets, very kind and caring, and they charge reasonably for their services. The clinic is always clean, the waiting area spacious, and most of all, their level of care and communication is excellent. I can speak to them on the phone if I need to. They have taken excellent care of my cats and dog and I would never hesitate to recommend them. Thank you, AHofPC for being there.

Dr Mann and staff are all amazing. I would travel the distance just to use this facility based on the core values of the clinic - afforable, polite and honest vet care. We caught a stray - abandoned cat that needed some dental work and they looked after him so well immediately. No wait at all and amazing care for this gorgeous homeless cat. He now has a clean bill of health and perfect teeth - all at a great proce and amazing experience. If only more vets and vet clinics could be like this!

Dr. Mann has given my elderly dog excellent care, and has also given great care to my cat. I think this clinic is the best thing to happen to Port Credit pets in many years and am so glad they're here. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend them. Their prices are most reasonable and they have gone far out of their way to help my animals. Find them compassionate and very understanding.
