I find it interesting that most negative comments that are posted on other review sites typically "disappear" after they are online for a couple of days. Seems this practice is focused on maintaining positive online reviews rather than addressing what caused reviewers to not be enthused about them. A telling sign that perhaps excellence in care is secondary to image.

The vets here are good. The reason for the low rating is their allowing "Kathy" from Houndstooth Pet Dental to work on their patients. This is the same Katheryn Shafer who last year was convicted in CA for performing a dental operation on an animal without a proper license. Among other things, she was sentenced to 2 years probation, which explains why she is now in NJ when previously her sister treated this vet's patients. So who at this vet thought it was OK to let her do dental procedures for their patients without any transparency about her CA "issues"? Check it out for yourself at pbvetclinic.com/IllegalDentalProcedures.pdf

Twice I took my dog here. Both times I left with just as many questions as to what was the matter with my dog as when I came in and both times my dog came home from here with FLEAS on him. This is unacceptable.

Every vet in this practice I wouldn't hesitate to use, in fact over the course of the year I've had my rescue dog, I have. When my dog had a persistant problem, a proactive approach was taken which included referring her to a specialist to perform the diagnostic procedure which gave us the definitive diagnosis. The staff, including the vet techs and the receptionists are very professional and caring. The exam rooms could stand a facelift and the parking is limited, but. I'll gladly trade those off for the quality of care provided here.

It's been two months since Dr. Voynick performed his stem cell procedure on my 11 year old dog's rear legs and she has been doing better every week. I once had to help her to stand and walk up stairs, but now she's doing both on her own! She used to stop every 5-10 minutes to rest on walks, but now she does a 45-60 min. walk without any stops! The procedure was well worth the money. Dr. Voynick is very thorough and caring and I would recommend him and the stem cell procedure highly.

Very caring staff. All the vets in this practice are very knowledgeable and up on the most current information in vet medicine. They are the rare vets that will actually listen to the pet owner and take their concerns into account. A little pricy, but well worth it for the quality of care.

The staff alone is worth the trip-they are kind and knowledgeable. Care given is individualized and up to date. Doctors explain things well and supervise the staff well-it is a good team-highly recommended
