They did not tell me at the time the reservation was made that they were closing early. They did not tell me when I called to confirm receipt of the vaccinations they were closing early. They did not tell me when I called the day of the reservation to confirm my dog's arrival that they were closing early. We just showed up for our RESERVED spot and they had closed!!!
RUDE. INCONSIDERATE. UNPROFESSIONAL. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.
THEY PUT ME IN A BIND AS MY FAMILY AND I WERE HEADING OUT OF TOWN FOR 3 DAYS FOR THANKSGIVING. IF I COULD I WOULD LEAVE -5 STARS...

Chateau Animalia is truly the cream of the crop in Atlanta! The veterinary, grooming, rehabilitation and boarding staff and facilities are top of the line! They are professional, kind, and affordable!!! I would recommend them to anyone looking for a new place to care for your pet!
