From the receptionnists to the vets, all the staff has been so caring for my pooch! I came in with no idea of my dogs needs based on poor information from the pet store, and came out well informed and found value for money at Acces Vet. Their vets care deeply for my dog's well beeing and health, and even gave me the choice of treatments to suit my tight budget. They called me back the minute they got the results from the lab analysis and referred me to the right specialists. The vets are punctual and accomodating! Their boutique is not overwhelming which hints to me their not out there to sell sell sell.

MONEY,, that's all they care for, be aware they will do and charge you even if not needed and the best part that they insist that your pet needs it.

Very pleasat staff. Great service, the vets are highly qualified. They truly care about the animals. My little furry princess was treated like gold there. Highly recommend it

Some vets are better than others in the st-laurent hospital. The owner seem like he only care about money and not the pets. Some of the technicians are very nice but one of the english technician is extremely rude and arrogant. Same thing goes for the receptionists, some are nice but 1 or 2 of them are not so nice. But what i dont like about this clinic is they seem to encourage puppy mills, everytime i have been there they had new clients from this specific pet store branch that are forced to go to their clinic. i felt like my pets are just a number to them. never go there. the room for sick animals is small and dirty.

Pour la clinique à ville Saint-Laurent. Ils ont beaucoupe d'heures d'ouverture, même la fin de semaine, ça me convient. Tu peux appeler pour une urgence le jour même et ils trouvent toujours une place pour aider ton animal. Mon vieux chat avait des problèmes respiratoires et ils ont fait tout qu'est ce qui était nécessaire. Très bonne staff.

This review is for Decarie. The staff were pleasant, professional and their was no significant waiting. The clinic was clean and their prices very competitive for Montreal. My cat defecate in its carrier just as I was leaving, they promptly took care of it and returned an impeccable cat & carrier. For Dr. Laroche she took time outside the apt to discuss and enquire about my cat. She genuinely cares for her patient and I do recommend her without reserve.

Very nice staff, took care of my cat when he was ill. Worth going to even if a little on the expensive side, you get better quality in return.

Since this clinic was taken over by acces vet, it's been downhill. Dr Pepin retired and right away you could tell the shift towards more $$$. It's a shame. I have been going to that clinic for more than 10 year. Also punctuality is terrible.
