My experience with this clinic is one that I would not wish on anyone. We brought our Siberian Husky Mia in August because of chronic diarrhea and after a CBC up she was diagnosed with PLE, therefore we started a treatment plan. Mia immediately started having adverse effects from the medication so I brought her back in for a re-check with Dr Carolyn Walsh and was told to consider euthanasia because Mia had low blood protein levels Dr Walsh “expected” her health would rapidly deteriorate. Thankfully, I trusted my gut and found a vet who actually CARED and LISTENED to what I was telling him regarding Mia’s history & onset of symptoms. I am pleased to say today Mia is thriving and doing amazing! It was determined Mia had severe food intolerances and with a change in diet, her diarrhea & PLE resolved itself. There was no compassion shown to us by Dr Walsh nor have I ever felt so disrespected by any healthcare professional. Central Animal Hospital: Please do not contact me.

My Late Wife,was a tech there for 12 years, I am a true believer in Animal Care,All the Doctors and staff At Central animal Hospital are … True Heroes,They always Give 100 percent Plus more,Each day they see The animals as there own, Each moment is an angel at work. I take my two rescued cats there ,each cat is treated like Gold, Keep up the great work, You are truly angels

We have seen both Dr trinity smith and dr Keith. Both are very knowledgeable and gave us quality care for our dogs. The front desk staff and vet techs are very compassionate and friendly. They always fit us in for emergency situations. We would highly recommend central animal hospital for quality care of your pet.

Thank heaven we have a choice here in Vernon. This is the last place . Second set of shots for my puppy and my bill was in excess of 650 dollars . Still waiting for a refund on a bag of dog food I didn’t ask for or get. Do I really have to go to court for 38.00 —shameful, sandy wiebe

Dr. Trinity Smith and Dr. Carey Keith are new owners of this clinic. I trust them entirely with the care of my dog. The doctors are always punctual and the staff is friendly. I find Dr. Smith and Dr. Keith very knowledgeable and I also like that they have modern, up to date equipment. Both doctors are good at getting to the bottom of whatever problem my pet may have. I would highly recommend this clinic to anyone who lives in or is visiting Vernon.
