Dr. William Hagans and staff were very professional. Our one year old cat, Gracie, has responded well to the treatment provided, as her wounds are healing quickly. Dr. Hagans explained in a clear concise way what lead to Gracie's condition and how to use the medication provided. Cost and treatment both were explained to us in a non-condescending manner unlike what we unfortuantly experienced at another office. Dr. Hagans waited with sincere patience after asking if we had additional questions, and answered our questions in detail. The reason we chose this office to begin with is that they were willing to accept payment by bank card over the phone. The reason we will return to the Appalachian Animal Hospital is the level of understanding we had of Gracie's condition after talking with the staff.
