I can only speak to our fur babies doctor, Dr. Robertson and not necessarily the clinic. But this review is long overdue. Dr Roberston compassionately cared for our 17year old husky girl at end of life, (in 2021). It was such a difficult time, but Brittany was so incredibly caring and compassionate and knows her stuff. I wouldn't trust my babies with anyone else. She has since taken over care of our new babies (cats) and I am so grateful (and lucky) to have her as our babies' doctor.

The first time I walked into this clinic it took the front staff 15 minutes to acknowledge myself and my dog as they were too busy talking about previous patients. We had a scheduled appointment and we ended up getting in late as they didn't think my dog was there because they chose to have their own conversation and not pay attention to the patients walking into the clinic. The wait times at this clinic have been ridiculous - 2.5 hours was the longest time my dog and I had to sit there with a scheduled appointment. The front staff are beyond unprofessional and unfortunately my family will no longer be going to this clinic.

I'm very happy with the services they provided they help diagnose my cat very quickly even though I wasn't a normal patient they didn't overcharge they were good they gave me all the information so I can make an informed decision they didnt push at me for anything infact they helped me.save money by waving a fee for emergency walk in they were very good they found the problem with my cat very quickly and they offered me information to help me decide best diet to help with her condition the staff were very professional and Dr maki was amazing I am very thankful to them and so is candice (my kitty) thank you guys truly candice is back to her happy loving purring self truly thank you

I could not be more disgusted with this clinic and the staff that occupy it. They knowingly allowed one of their veterinary technicians to work there while addicted to drugs. She came to work strung out on cocaine and a pet died during anesthesia under her watch. She wasn't even fired, she was allowed to resign and continue working as a veterinary technician at other clinics because they didn't want to look bad or get a bad name for themselves. All they care about is money and they charge the most out of any of the clinics in Thunder Bay. Just because they didn't want to get a bad name for themselves they made a deal with the technician so that she can still work in her field and take care of animals. What kind of people would not report something like this to the police just so they could keep a good name for business. Clearly money is more important to them than the care of animals.

We had an emergency with our Siamese cat on a Sunday. We didn't have a vet in the area yet and lived two hours away. We called this vet in a panic and they told us to bring him in. He had swallowed a sewing needle and needed emergency surgery. They got him in fast, kept him for two nights (the night before the surgery and the night after). They called us as soon as he was out of surgery to let us know he was okay and it was all over. They had given us a reasonable estimate of the price when we took him in but when we were able to pick him up the bill was lower than expected despite this not being our usual vet and an emergency they didn't overcharge. They even called the day after we brought him home to check how he was doing and see if we had any questions! I recommend this vet over any I've ever taken a pet to!

have been talking to friends and this vet has hired rude staff, made wrong booking times and then will talk behind your back to eachother after their mistake...15 of us will not take our animals here anymore

The best clinic in town. Dr Josephi and Dr Sullivan being outstanding in their fields. They also take payments if the vet approves it and they have saved my dogs life.The staff is excellent and always helpful.
