I have brought my cats to this clinic with to a second opinion. Both times the price points were as much as 2/3 LESS than any clinic in Victoria BC. Dr Ian and staff as excellent. Highly recomment this clinic. Worth drive from Victoria to Cobble Hill

This Vet clinic advertises that they offer after hour service provided it is before 10 p.m. but when you call they refuse to take and suggest that you drive all the way to Victoria for Service. Then we all might as well support the vets in Victoria to hell with the ones in Cobble Hill.

I had a really bad experience at the vet in Mill Bay, and switched my dog to this clinic -- we've unfortunately had to visit a lot, and our vet Ian makes it a really great experience every time. He has taken so much time and care in dealing with our pet's health issues and I would not go anywhere else. The women at the front desk are so sweet, as well, and we always feel our little guy is cared for in the best way he could be.

I visited this clinic for the first time today, and I will stay with them for both my dog and cat. 3 weeks ago I took my dog to another clinic in Victoria close to home for her shot up date and was told she had an ear infection and needed her teeth cleaned, so I should make another appointment. We had gotten flea treatments from them 2 months ago. My dog has been scratching alot which I mentioned to them but there was no feed back. I did some research and treated her ears myself. Today I decided to take a chance and drove up to Cobble Hill because I heard they were more reasonably priced. Wow not only are my dogs ears perfectly healthy, there is nothing wrong with her teeth. The flea medication hasn't worked and she now has a secondary infection from the fleas. Got her on different flea meds, antibiotics, anti inflamitory and anti histimine meds. and walked out only 175$ later. They gave us a refund for the other flea meds that we bought at the other clinic.They are awesome.

The best vet clinic on Vancouver island. I have a golden retriever and three cats. I am extremely neurotic with their health and my dog has a history of skin reactions. The vets are always kind, courteous and thoughtful. They know my animals and genuinely care about their health. I have tried many vets in Victoria and the Cowichan Valley and Cobble Hill is now the only one I trust with my babies. Their prices are extremely fair as well. I can't recommend them enough.

The doctors and staff at Cobble Hill Animal hospital are extraordinary. They went above and beyond to care for my dog who was extremely close to dying with pancreatitis. The care and compassion that they gave her allowed her to survive this terrible condition. Our family is so grateful for all they have done for us.

Have been going to this clinic for years. Recently I had a very bad experience were an error was made during surgery and we were never told. Several month later when it became obvious that something was terribly wrong both vets were very deffensive, not appoligetic. When the surgery had to be repeated the staff made an medication error and we were given no instructions for after surgery care. We were quite shocked with the lack of professionalism considering we had been bring our pets to this clinic for years. Unfortunately we have lost trust with both vets and are now searching for someone who hope will take better medical care and attention of our pets.
