Click to report rating    1/17/11   5     5     5     5   Dr. Durham and the Woodland Vet Clinic have treated our dogs for over 15 years. We also board our dogs at the clinic. Dr. Durham cares a great deal for his patients and their owners, and I feel luck to have found such a compassionate vet. We recently put one of our dogs to sleep with the clinic, and Dr. Durham patiently explained the process and sat with us at the lethal dose was administered. The staff at the clinic know both us and our dogs by name which is a great feeling. I would not hesitate to recommend this clinic to anyone! RID: 22128
Click to report rating    8/30/10   1     1     1     2   My dog recently started undergoing chemo and his first round was at this pet hospital. We dropped him off at 8am expecting to pick him up at 2pm. The clinic called after 2pm to say they didn't have time to get to my dog and wanted to keep him over night. We decided to bring him home for the night and when we went to pick him up Dr. Durham wanted to talk to us. He was very defensive off the bat and when we started asking normal questions (ie: What medicine is he getting? Why does he need to stay that long?), the vet told us he was getting a bad vibe, didn't trust us and refused to treat my dog the next day. It was only when we started groveling and crying when he "allowed" us to come back the next morning. Thank goodness we found somewhere else to go the next morning because I would never set foot back in that facility with that nutcase. I warn you now, DO NOT take your business here! It will only end in anger and heartache. RID: 19481
