The very best. His knowledge is first rate. He’s not flashy. He’s calm, knows what he’s doing. Knows when to refer to a Specialist. And knows when to hold off that decision. His focus is the animal. And only the care and comfort of the animal. His prices are decent and his work ethic outstanding. If you value honesty and you value your pet’s health and ongoing comfort. Dr. Cropper will answer and guide you through the difficult questions and happy and sad times. He’s a Gem.

Amazing Dr. Cropper called to discuss a rare eye condition called SARDS. our dog was suddenly struck although we hadn't been in to his clinic. Wish you were here on the Island. You are a very special Doctor. Thank you so much for your honesty.

Great experiences here with their care for our animals. It is all about the health of each pet as an individual. We really appreciate the time taken to explain things and understand our pets' eccentricities. Compassionate, knowledgeable professionalism at its best.

Excellent clinic, outstanding vet. We have experienced many different vets on the North Shore and at the Vancouver emergency clinics over the years and Dr. Cropper is one of the best. He also doesn't over charge like MANY of the others nor does he recommend unnecessary procedures and/or testing, again, like many of the others. Incredible bedside manner and common sense approach. Can't say enough great things about our experiences with our cats and dogs at Hollyburn Veterinary Clinic.

there is no one like dr.cropper- he's a lovely english vet -it seems clear to me that he is not in the vet business for money - his prices are the lowest on the entire north shore no doubt- yet his expertise and experience is absolutely irreplaceable- he has helped us tremendously with our sickly dog's health and has never tried to upsell or do unnecessary tests- he's patient, gentle and his kind of experience you just can't find often- he even calls us personally to see how our dog is doing- i just can't say enough positive things about dr.cropper- he deserves the highest rating for certain- we have been to many vets over the years for our many cats and dogs so we have seen what's out there and he's one in a million...

Without doubt, in all my many years as a pet owner and as a life-long equestrian I have never felt happier with veterinary services than I have with those provided by Hollyburn Veterinary. The front office staff was immediately familiar with our file as though we'd been Clients for years; they are also knowledgable, warm and very helpful. Dr. Copper has outstanding "bedside manner" and pricing is very fair.

Dr. Dropper is a highly dedicated and wise vet. He saved our dog, Hunter's life this weekend. He came in on Good Friday and Easter Sunday to continue treating our dog

My Vet for 26 years...Wonderful care and professionalism. A rarity these days! Competent and compassionate. Was very thorough in every way concerning all my dogs. Dr. Neil Cropper goes above and beyond. Thanks to all the staff at Hollyburn Veterinary Hospital.
