My 4 mo. old African Grey broke her leg due to ID band getting caught on cage. Dr. Driggers strongly recommended surgery to place pin along side the break. We chose this option based on his recommendation and before long it was clear that it was the WRONG decision. The surgery took 2 attempts and a week later resulted in the pin causing exit wounds near the bird's hip. Dr. Driggers pushed the pins back in place and instructed us to keep her still. 4 days later the pin had migrated back out of place again. This time Dr. Driggers removed the pin and basically wished us the best of luck! A request for a refund of the charges for the failed surgery attempt was made and declined. Certainly it is clear that no attorney would become in involved in a $1,000 malpractice suit so the office manager had no reason to be reasonable. Additional notes: very good salesmanship with very poor bedside manner.

doctor performed multiple services to my sick pet without prior consultation with the owners. This clinic refuesed to release our sick pet after the unauthorized services were performed until those services were paid in full. Since then they have been completely defensive and uncooperative in trying to resolve the situation with a refund
