Great Vets, great Techs, they truly care about the pets they care for. There is always an estimate given prior to treatment. If you can not afford the recommended treatment, they will do all they can to help you, either with Care Credit, lessor recommended treatment and or a referral to financial assistance animal welfare group. Not a brand new million dollar building, simply top notch staff and care.

believe the negative reviews...if you care about your pets, dont use this clinic..The take advantage of people who are distressed over your pets health, they will accept you into the clinic and once the have your pet they present you with exorbitant prices and wont let you leave the building before paying a 50% deposit,, I frankly have great concern if they even do half of what they claim and bill you for... its all about making money and your pets health is of little concern .. they see you as nothing less than a walking ATM card.. I feel their practices border on fraud if not out and out criminal deception.A recent encounter with the emergency clinic resulted in a very convenient sudden onset of a terminal disease and a 12hr treatment for 3000.00 followed by a laundry list of drugs and ongoing treatments and no hope.. we could not afford it, we were forced to pay a deposit before we could even go home to try and figure out what to do .. under duress we had out pet put down

This hospital has an amazing, caring staff. Their professionalism and concern for the family as well as the pet makes dealing with them in an emergency situation as easy as that situation can be. We were given an estimate before treatments and given options within our financial parameters. Our dog is alive because of this clinic. We would recommend them to everyone.

This clinic caters to primarily rich clients (by the owners own admission). Their care may be acceptable for some, but their understanding of owners concerns were aimed more towards HUGE deposits and very little regard for the pet owner or keeping them informed. Do not go there at night if you are handicapped. Their parking lot IS NOT illuminated at all. This is definately an issue . Their prices are very steep and questioning a charge is met with disdain. The rooms are very tiny, so larger dogs might have some problems
