Click to report rating    2/16/14   5     4     5     5   I have 6 exotic reptiles that I have been taking to Dr. Lewis for well over a year now. He came highly recommended from more than one reptile hobbiest friend who understands that exotics need specialized care and a more knowledgable doctor than your average cat/dog vet. I am very happy with the care they receive and the cost is much more affordable than my previous vet! I have recommended them to all of my friends scaled pets or fluffy! RID: 49875
Click to report rating    9/6/10   1     4     4     4   The vet technicians are OK, it's the vets that I have a problem with. Dr. Dymun was "scared" to perform bladder surgery to remove a stone that got lodged in my dogs urethra so I had to take him to PETS Emergency Services (which is VERY expensive) where the vet flushed the stone back into his bladder. He had to spend the night at the emergency service. The next day I had to take him back to Lincoln Highway Veterinay Clinic so Dr. Lewis could do the surgery to remove the stone from his bladder. Because it was New Years Eve I had to take my dog BACK to the emergency service because Lincoln Highway was closed for the entire weekend. My dog had diabetes and developed ketoacidosis so after the long holiday weekend he had to go back to Dr. Lewis. Dr. Lewis gave him barium, took x-rays and told me that my dog had stomach cancer so I put him down. When I spoke to Dr. Lewis later about what happened he said he wasn't sure if my dog had cancer because he didn't do an autopsy!! I'm DEVASTATED! RID: 19592
