I have been going to Dr. Hale for approx 30 years. She is always thorough and answers all of your questions. You don't feel rushed. She is a compassionate & awesome vet. I wouldn't take my pets anywhere else. She isn't there to make you broke, money is not her priority. I give her a 10.

The doc is friendly,competent and caring.She explained what,when and why.Although i had no appointment for my dog,still he was taken in and examined. The cost for that was very civil. I can recommend the clinic.

Dr Elizabeth Hale is THE most kind and caring person you would want to take care of your furr babies. While she is not so much a people person, her love of animals takes over that threefold. She will not turn away an animal in need - truly a professional in her field. I wish more Vets were like here. She puts many a vets to shame.

I think what I like the most about Dr. Hale is how the most important thing in a visit is the animal. She takes her time to give you as much information that she can. She does what ever she can to make the animal comfortable. She is very upfront with what she has to say but it is ALWAYS for the best interest for the pet involved. She has been one of the best veterinary service we have had right across Canada.

Simply put, I would rather drive over an hour to get to this Vet Clinic(which I do) than anywhere else. This is a well run clinic,staff with not just knowledge,but great personalities. Caring is palpable. The word gouge does not exist for this place and you are only charged for what is done and not asked to buy all "their" products so to speak. Billing, at the end of the day, is very acceptable. If there is an animal need, try them first, I believe you will go back.

I had the most unfortunate experience of having to take my pets to the Red Bank clinic as they were both very ill this past year. Although a difficult time for my family, Dr. Hale and her team provided the absolute best care to our pets right to their going to the rainbow bridge. She and her team were excellent and so respectful of the difficult decision we had to make to say goodbye to our two loving dogs. Thanks for your kindness and taking such good care of our special friends. As soon as you meet Dr Hale, you know she is in the veterinary field for all of the right reasons - she places the humane care of the animal as her number 1 priority.

Dr. Elizabeth Hale is an excellent vet. She has a great love for animals and is very compassionate. She takes her time with each animal and with the owners to teach and explain what is wrong, how to care, she never turns away a sick animal and it what a vet should be. She puts the love of animals above everything else! God Bless you Elizabeth!
