Fancy building run by a corporate group based in Ontario. Totally tries to upset everything and makes you feel uncomfortable if you decline. I will never go back. Staff are snooty and the whole experience was horrid.

We have been going to this clinic for some years now. Drs.Katharine and Lori are both wonderful - compassionate and knowledgable. We recently had to put one of our dogs to sleep and Dr. Katharine made the process as painless as could be for us and our pet. They even sent us flowers afterward. All the staff are equally lovely as well. We wouldn't think of going anywhere else.

Hate this clinic ever since a big corporation in Ontario took over ownership. No one on site can make decisions, always under the gun from the big boss to increase profits. Estimate for my dog dental work was not followed, total gouge once I had my animals work done. Upsell everything. All the vets are part time, no one owns the place so no one can be final authority. No continuity of care. Dont go to Mission Ridge!!

The comments section on here isn't long enough to put everything.. Check yelp or google reviews for my real rating. In short, over priced, up-selling on products/services that are likely not needed, gouging you for every penny they can and lost my dogs blood work indicating i'd have to come back. (Much more on google/yelp).

Mission Ridge has been great with all of our pets over the years. We have personally had very positive experiences with the following veterinarians there: Dr. Skrypnek, Dr. Matenchuk, Dr. Takacs and Dr. Wunsch. They all seem to truly care about the well-being of our pets. We would recommend this clinic to anyone who is looking.

This clinic has seen our family felines for the past thirteen years and we could not be happier with them all. Staff are friendly, supportive, helpful and when two of our pets passed away in the last four years they grieved with us. Our new kitten was a rescue from the clinic and they love to have us even just visit to say hi. I wouldn't consider going anywhere else with our pet.

I LEFT THIS CLINIC OVER A YEAR AGO BUT STILL BUY THE PARTICULAR BRAND OF DOG FOOD THERE ON OCCASION. I FELT THE CLINIC WAS TRYING TO OVERSELL ME ON ITEMS I DID NOT NEED. ALSO THE VET MISSED CLIPPING ONE OF OUR DOGS DEW CLAWS WHICH GOT SNAGGED AN RIPPED WHICH TURNED INTO THE VISIT WHERE I FELT ESPECIALLY TAKEN ADVANTAGE OF. MAYBE THINGS HAVE CHANGED OVER THE LAST YEAR AND I'M SURE SOME OF THE VETS ARE BETTER THAN OTHERS….STILL WON'T TAKE MY DOG BACK THERE…I FOUND A GREAT VET IN STONY PLAIN-WORTH THE DRIVE.

i have been bringing pets there for quite a few years. i have to say that i have thoroughly enjoyed going there. my Last dog Lucus had lymphoma and all our treatments with Dr Lori, were exceptional. Lucus used to be petrified of going to the vet, but when he met Dr. Lori, he was smitten! Unfortunatley we had to put him down a few years ago and the compassion that these wonderful people have is to be commended. My new "crazy" dog Sam loves going there as well. :D

The reception staff is very friendly. Our vet, Dr. Lori Skrypnek is very caring and understanding with our cat that is extremely angry visiting the clinic.

The staff at Mission Ridge Animal Hospital are the best ever. Dr. Erinn is pleasant, calm and informative. Quinn does the best nail trims - quick and easy - both of my dogs LOVE her. Thanks for taking such good care of us.

I would not trust my dogs with anyone else. I highly recommend any pet owner to take their pets there. Your pets will be well taken care of and all your questions will be answered.

My partner and I recently purchased another miniature dachshund to add to our family. We thought we had a perfect and healthy dog, until a few days after he came home he started to show signs of lethargy. Concerned, i called our regular vet but was told that I would have to wait until the next day. I then called Mission Ridge and was told to bring him in immediately. I was shocked and heartbroken when I was informed that after a SNAP test my little puppy had contracted Parvo. The staff at Mission Ridge immediately started him on IV fluids and medications, after a week of hospitalization, he made a full rcivery. I found this clinic to be cheaper than our previous vet. They also provided us with a estimate of charges before they began treatment. The final bill was under the estimated charge.

Since this clinic was bought by a group in Ontario, it has changed for the worse. None of the vets work full time and it is all about making money. I like the smaller clinics that have local ownership and better care.
