Advertise as a discount HMO for pets but actually charge a lot MORE for everything, including medication. Wound up paying them over $1000 to treat routine cat complaints. They got rid of my cat's ear mites, that was good. They were unable to cure the resultant ear infection using wet medication that my cat hated. I wound up using a dry medication on my own that worked. They removed a lot of teeth without letting me see why first ( I asked) and now my cat has trouble eating.
