BE AWARE: Lisa is incompassionate at best as far as bedside manner is concerned and before she knows what is wrong with your pet will jump to grave conclusions and even suggest euthanasia! This was our recent experience and our pet is thriving after being diagnosed with a treatable illness by our regular vet. Please if you want your pet to live but need after hours care go to Carrolton or Southlake. We've been informed that this FM facility only exists to draw customers back from the newer Southlake facility and their mission is to earn their keep by bilking customers for unneccesary services. My family went through hell because of Lisa and I hope and pray she hasnt unneccesarily killed anyone's pet like she suggested for mine. I do not think she should be allowed to practice any longer. The staff except for one other doctor were for the most part cold.
