Gorgeous clinic and we had a fantastic visit with our cat. We recommend them to all of our friends and family, by far the best clinic around!

Until 2 wks ago I would have said the clinic was good. Even though we noticed costs for shots have gone way up and recommendations for other more expensive treatments have become common lately. We needed the clinics kennel services for 1 Sat night. Had to drop off Friday at 3 as we were leaving before they open on Sat, then had to add Sun as we returned 1 hour after their pick up window. Monday was a holiday and they refused to allow pickup even if we prepaid. We said we work Tues so pick him up after work. Found they charged a 5th day for Tuesday because it was 5:00 when picked up. So for a 1 night need, we were charged 5 nights kennel. We expected 4 as it was exactly 4 days and 2 hours from when we dropped him off, but they charged 5th night anyway. No client service as ONLY the profits are important. In a meeting with vet to complain he said it was only $25 so what was the big deal. I said it was principle. So they have lost 9 year client over $25. NO Customer Service...

Now that this vet has been taken over by dr pots their costs for dental have skyrocketed. What use to cost $1000 how is around $1700. They are making you get blood work and xrays whether needed or not. I have been going here for over 7 years and now looking for a new pet its way too expensive.

I have taken all 3 of my dogs to Dr Potts he is very kind and will take the extra time to talk about any concerns I might have about my pups. I have never met his wife but I'm sure she is just the same, I would highly recommend Wascana animal hospital!

We took our dog to this clinic after having a bad experience at another clinic on seeing the vets here a couple of times we no longer need to muzzle our dog who goes happily with the staff. Love the staff and Dr Eric Potts is fantastic feel very happy with this bet and will continue to use them and would definitely recommend them.

I would highly recommend this clinic. The staff are very nice and caring and the doctors really seem to care about my animals. I have never had vaccinations pushed on me there, and I can't believe anyone would say that. I have taken my animals there for many years and have always kind, compassionate service. Any time I have been kept waiting, it is because they were busy with an emergency. I can't recommend them enough!
