They killed my dog. He was perfectly healthy, and the vet recommended a neutering procedure. I trusted them with my precious baby, but they called to inform us that he had passed away during sedation and that they were unable to save him. I would absolutely NOT trust them — they are NOT capable of handling emergencies.

Extremely poor customer skills. The only word you and your pet can read from receptionist’s face is: you don't have money, you are not welcome. Why don't you just put a sign in the front: No money No love!

Among the most trustworthy and communicative vet services I have ever dealt with. Compassionate, caring, pragmatic, totally accessible as people and professionals. I have had my shih tzu in their care for 4 years now and two cats. All the vets provide full information about what options I might choose from and why. All my animals have been calm and happy even after repeated attendances, which speaks volumes for the expert handling they receive. The vet assistants are highly skilled, kind and caring. I can't think of anything that I would look to improve upon at this animal hospital.

Dr. Chris Martin and Dr. Donna Ozimok have both provided absolutely excellent care of our pet Raina who was gravely ill when we arrived at the clinic. The quick diagnosis of our pets illness saved her life and the constant care and concern we received was over and above what I could ever have expected from any professional. They take the time to get to know you and your pet and often called to check up on how she was doing. I felt very secure in the sense that my dog was receiving the best possible care and attention for her total recovery. When we were traveling across the country for a few months they even found, through their associations with other vets, a good clinic to take our pet for continued check ups. They provided copies of all our pets test results in case they may be needed while we were away. The staff are very friendly and efficient and always helpful and cheerful. What luck I have had in finding this clinic and how lucky for our dog that she had such amazing care. :-)

Great clinic!! From the first time I visited,I was treated with respect. The clinic is clean and inviting, the staff friendly and knew what they were talking about. I saw Dr. Moriah Egbers. I was bringing my almost 5 month old puppy, Molly, for a pre-surgical check-up( she is due to be spayed soon). The Dr. advised waiting a few weeks for the surgery, as her baby teeth were still very much in evidence. I agreed to a leptospirosis vaccine, as my past vet had not even mentioned it. Dr Egbers gave me much needed advice, and we went home happy ! Approximately 30 minutes after arriving home, Molly started vomiting. I called the clinic and spoke to Paula-she said to bring her right back. After I explained that it would be difficult as we have no means of transport, Paula came and picked us up, and drove us to the clinic, where Molly was treated for an allergic reaction to the vaccine. She then drove us home. THIS IS MY FOREVER VETERANIAN HOSPITAL !!! They deserve more than 5 points !!

I LOVE this Animal Hospital!!! My husband and I have 2 cats, one of which has a heart condition that most cats don't live past the age of 4. He is almost 10. Dr Egbers saved our Link. Since his diagnoses, he is on regular medication, and his heart has even repaired some of its damage. We usually see Dr. Martin these days, and we love her to death! She is sweet and caring. She always calls Link her "little dude". She really gets to know you and your pets on a personal level. You can tell she really cares. Our other cat Monty is around 6-7 years old and is a picture of perfection. Everytime we bring him in (rarely since he is healthy) the staff always goes on about his cute little pink nose. It is obvious the staff loves every animal that walks through that door and treats each animal as an individual, not just another patient walking through the door. We owe Link's life to this Animal Hospital. I can't imagine taking our pets anywhere else, now or in the future. WE LOVE YOU GUYS!!!

I took my cat for a check up & needles, she was in good health, had lost 2 lbs. in two years.Dr. Martin had said she needed to lose weight she weighed 11-lbs..The next day she was very lethargic & wouldn't eat, I took heer back Dr. Martin gave me a can of wet food & fluids. I took her back the next day she was worse,Dr. Martin said she must have any underlying illness & lucky me she wouldn't charge me. I said I think she had a bad reaction to the shots.Next day she couldn't get out of her bed they told me she was in critical condition, basically nothing could be done her kidneys had shut down,I saw a different vet who was wonderful we had to euthanize our precious baby. I blame Dr. Martin; if she thought there was a problem, she should not have given her the shots.
