Unprofessional, rude an overpriced.. they have about as much knowledge as a 6 grader running a veterinary clinic.... the manager behind the counter is very rude very unhelpful and really bad attitude.. she treats use if you're nobody and not very important not very nice to animals either... I referred a friend there and they came up with the same opinion

From day one at this clinic things went wrong. They lost my animal's records that I had provided, charged twice the quote for a surgery until I complained, neglected to call in a prescription in a timely manner, and truly messed up a routine simple surgery. This Dr. is cheap and now I know why. I took my dog in for a simple routine surgery and when I changed bandages on the third day (which is protocol)I was angry at what I saw. I took my dog to a competent Dr. who repaired the wounds as best she could. I feel so guilty for trusting a doctor who put my dog through pain and suffering that was totally unnecessary. I have since changed veterinarians and would not recommend this clinic to anyone.
