I’ve been going here for years. The receptionist and the doctor are very friendly and caring people. They seem to genuinely care about your pets. He’s always very informative about everything he’s doing and takes the time to explain everything he’s doing and why. He doesn’t just push needless procedures on you. Very honest, very respectful. Great vet

Still trying to understand why my pet must have a cone on at each check up? Is it because the vet is scarred or he scares the pet? As well, why does he always push the "pet vet food" supposedly it cures all of your pets ailments NOT! Took my pet in for a simple urine sample to find out it there was not an infection, had to GO to the office to be told NO and the only thing to fix my pet was the food" B.S. After having an examination today by a new vet, my pet DOES have An infection and is on medication. BE VERY CAREFUL. He loves to reference the " medical journal"...why does the door always have to be open?? Never would I trust a pet again with him.

Ihave been going to this Veterinary Clinic for years. The vet and his assistants work excellently as a great team. He is a fantastic vet and has taken care of my dogs and cats for years. He discusses prices and options and is as helpful as he can be. He has helped me with animals who developed end of life illnesses and did his best for each of them. He has treated my pets for Cancer, Cushings Disease, Vestibular Disease, Heartworm Disease and other problems which have arisen throughout the years. My pets have been treated with respect and empathy and professionalism and I am more than happy with this clinic and their staff.

Dr.Hanniff has been taking care of my dogs for over 28 years and he has always been so kind and compassionate. He understand that my pets are my family and he treats them the same. When my dogs get sick he does not mind me asking a million questions and always calls to check on them in the following days. When I put my dog down he sat with me and let me cry and stay as long as I needed. Now i know some people say he talks rude or condescending but I believe its a language issue. When I do get another dog I will be back to see them at Lockwood. Also Tasha has worked there for more then 25 years and is a great help and full of important information.

Dr. Harnif has been our vet for over 25 years, very professional, taking very good care of all our cats, always take time to call and following up their condition.. A great doctor to all our pets..

I went to Dr. Haniff when I found a lump under Lily's (my dog) armpit. He was very calming and reassuring stating that it was nothing to be worried about. He presented all the options going forward but was honest and frank suggesting that I do not proceed with further testing. He is also very informative and takes the time to explain the different "diagnosis". Which, assists in the reassuring human clients that they're making the right choice for the furry pets!

I have been bringing our pets to Dr. Haniff for many years. He has always been kind and caring, taking the time to explain what is needed. Once my dog got into chocolate and Dr. Haniff and his staff not only took us in immediately, he also allowed me to pay him a few days later as I didn't have the money until payday, he gave us his home ph. number in case my dog needed additional help after hours and called me the next day to check up on her condition! Can you ask for better care than that?! I have always found his prices reasonable and his answers helpful.

We have been going to Lockwood Animal Clinic for around 20 years. Dr. Haniff is kind with the animals, has always been very informative and considerate when explaining options for treatment. Their fees are the still the best in London. Thank you Lockwood for being "everything" to our family.

Staff are friendly and helpful. Dr. Haniff is very good at explaining his reasons for decisions and is willing to spend time discussing several options. He truly cares about animals and seems to be very knowledgeable about veterinary medicine. I recommend this clinic.

Dr. Hanif and his staff are friendly. Dr. Hanif has always been very helpful and he truly cares about his patients. I recently had an incident with my male cat and had to take him to an emergency clinic and Dr. Hanif called several times to check on him. I was told by the vets at the hospital that I would have to put my cat on a special food however it was never explained to me what the differences were with the food just why it had to be done. I decided before he came home to go to Lockwood to look at the food and Dr. Hanif took the time to explain the differences in the food and what each one does. There are not many vets who would take the time to do this or check up on their patient. Thank you Dr. Hanif for caring enough about my pets to do so. I highly recommend Lockwood Animal Clinic to anyone who needs a vet who puts their pets needs above all else.

Great clinic, friendly and helpfull staff. The doc explained everything I needed to know and was very detailed. The clinic had me in at the exact time for my appointment and on other occasions were able to squeeze me in when needed. The prices are the most reasonable in the area!

I took my pet to this vet and had a very positive experience. He handled my cat with great care, explained what he was doing. The pricing of the clinic was reasonable, I checked around as I am having financial issues due to the bad job market. Will be coming back soon and I highly reccomend this clinic. Thanks Doc.

Great and caring staff, vet knew was he was doing and provided me with adequate information and quality care for my ill kitten. All our appointments where prompt. They have the most reasonable rates in London.

The vet assistant was competant and helpful. The vet himself was condesending, rude and did not explain the reasons he was perscribing the medication he choose. When I questioned him he turned his note pad over and wrote out exactly what he had told me (what the medication was...not what it was for) and spoke to me as if I had a learning disability. I would say he could not competantly explain an issue for a lay person. I am not sure if he is a "good vet" (one in which diagnois is accurate) but I do know with certainty he is providing a service and that he could certainly stand to learn a better bedside manner. He spoke to his assistant in a bullying manner. All in all a bad experience.

Horrible experience never again will I go there to be told what information I just told them and then be told they don't know why my cat has a high fever, EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL AVOID WASTING TIME AND MONEY!
