I have always felt welcome and well cared for at theis facility. Each animal has been remembered and treated like a cherished pet. In 2 cases when I had to euthanize a dog, they came ot my home and did everything possible to help me through the difficulties. They are community minded and help animals in need that do not have the ability to pay. Their equipment is state of the art and the facility is very clean. My personal vet there is Dr Lauren Collazzo who is fantastic with her animal patients and their owners. I would and often do recommend this veterinary practice

We live in Plymouth and happily drive the 45 minutes to take our dog(s) to Veterinary Associates. They are the best-equipped, most compassionate, most knowledgeable vets we've ever encountered. When our Foxy needed a splenectomy, Dr. Burns performed the procedure with a minimum loss of blood and Foxy was back to her usual self almost immediately. Foxy subsequently got mast cell cancer which was diagnosed almost immediately and thanks to their care, we kept her for six months more.
When we got a new puppy, they took care of all the "puppy" things and now make sure she stays in the highest health possible. Coki contracted "suddenly acquired retinal degeneration" and Dr. Burns got her an appointment with the foremost specialist in MA the afternoon he saw her and made the diagnosis. She is now still the happy, bouncy dog she always was. We will never take a pet any place else for treatment or for boarding. VACC is the BEST!

Our family has been a client of VACC for over 12 years. It is a wonderful practice and all of the Vets and Technicians are professional, beyond competent, courteous, personable, kind, loving and often funny. The clinic is immaculate, pleasant and conveniently located. All appointments are timely and procedures and medication are recommended when truly needed. One of the worst experiences in our lives was the loss of our dog, Max. Experiencing this loss with the support(medically and emotionally) with everyone at VACC was one of the best experiences in our lives. The staff goes out of their way to accomodate any need and all are very proactive in the care of our two dogs, Duffy and Lilly. Our dogs have been seen by every Vet and although they are unique in their own way, we always leave with a great feeling that our pets were well cared for. We look forward to our visits to VACC. As a matter of fact, a visit to VACC is a treat! We rate VACC with a High Paw!

I have been going to VACC since 1987.When I moved here to Cape Cod,I tried another Vet closer to where I lived;did not like them at all.I looked around for another one to go to & finally decided on VACC,even though it was farther away from my home.I could not have done better. They helped my previous dog(who lived to 15)and cat(who lived to 20 1/2) with their wonderful help. They are helping my dog and cat I have now.My cat is 5 & doing fine.My dog is 12 and without the help of VACC;I would not have her today. All the vets are excellent and I would not hesitate to use any of them if I had to;however, the main Vet I have from there is Dr. Lauren Collazo. I would not trade her for the world!!!!When Annie was 8,she operated on her twice for cancer & she is now cancer free.Last June, Annie just did not seem right.Dr. Collazo diagnosed her, treated her correctly for severe anemia. She just came off all medicine & was given an excellant prognosis. The office staff is also outstanding.Call VACC!
