4/12/18	5	5	5	5	My little conure broke a blood feather and was bleeding profusely. Even though we were new to the clinic and it was after 7 pm, Dr. Emily treated my bird, basically saving her life. Dr. Emily and her assistants were knowledgeable and professional while simultaneously showing care, explaining procedures, and being empathetic. I am very grateful.
