A little pricey, but my "babies" are worth every dime!! Attentive to both me and my cats, very personable, patient with disruptive pets, confident and consoling when "that time" comes. Highly recommend this facility - their people are second to none!!

Very good and rather pricy care, but oh so humane with animals. Only down side is they treat vet quality cat food like a prescription drug and won't sell it to you unless you take your cat in for an examination. Never heard of such pettiness.

I have been faced with the difficult decision to put down my beloved dog to cancer. Everyone has been amazing and compassionate during this difficult time. The Doctors and Staff have truly made this difficult time easier. I would totally recommend this clinic and will continue to use them for my other pets. I find the pricing to be reasonable and in line with other clinics.

We have brought our dogs here for several years & all of the staff is great, especially the receptionist Heidi, who is very friendly & always cheery, so whoever commented otherwise maybe has the wrong clinic! Both Drs. Arteaga & Kavonic are extremely gentle and informative, and have given us nothing but great care for our pups. And the prices are in-line with most other veterinary clinics. Highly recommend Bridletowne Warden Animal Hospital!!

I like this clinic. The receptionist is very friendly and so helpful when I call – she is amazing!! The vet I see takes very good care of my dog and when my dog needed a tooth pulled and it turned out my pet insurance didn’t cover dental – he lowered the price to help me out (and then I enrolled my dog in dental). He never oversells me on anything I don’t need and when I brought my cat in thinking he was sick, he didn’t run expensive unnecessarily tests like many vets would. I would recommend them to anyone.

I have never been to a clinic where the staff and doctor is so helpful and patient. I've been to many clinics and believe me, alot of them charge you without you knowing it, that's what I call"Scamming". This clinic looks really tidy and clean to me. And to me that means alot. My dog had an eye infection and I was glad they can fit me in the same day. I would recommend this clinic to everyone.

The vet was very knowledgeable and took a lot of time explaining everything. Hospital looks freshly painted. We recommend.

Very good experience until checking out to pay the bill with the receptionist. We asked a breakdown for the items, she first refused, then gave a very rude explanation after be insisted. Half way through the third item on the bill I stopped her and complained about her rude tone and gestures. Then the next 10 minutes were consist of her screaming at me, cussed me out and screaming while bobbling her head and pointing fingers in my face. While my finance was in tears because our dog had a herniated disc and was unable to walk, this receptionist laughed about the situation in her face quote "I don't care, I'm just here to collect your money" She then threaten "if you don't pay you will not get your dog" although I never had an issue with the bill, rather her attitude. After I demanded to see her manager she said "Talk to my manager, or my boss and they will back me up, watch, they will back me up" Everything was recorded on the security camera and she clearly did not care.

Facility is dirty, it smells like mold, which I am quite sensitive to.. I am wheezy for a whole day after going in there. I also heard a vet YELLING at an employee.. Not professional

These guys are great. There is a warm greeting from the receptionist, a really short wait for the vet, and a top notch time in the exam. I wish my own doctor was like this. Thanks!

Aesthetically pleasing clinic. She receptionist was very friendly, but the doctor, who docked my puppies tails overcharged us a lot. Plus, she has done it incorrectly: way too short. When I checked with other clinic their fees were much less for the first pup and only 1/2 price for each additional pup. So, I believe the vet took advantage of me because the pups were over 5 days old. RECOMMENDATIONS: compare prices with other clinics first. BTW - this happened in the spring of 2011

I find this vet kind of pricey, but they take fabulous care of my pets so I think it's worth it. My cat has been going here regulary for years, and our new puppy is their newest client. Loving, helpful staff and vets who have your pet's best interest and health at heart are why this clinic is so great.

AMAZING!! This place is so good. There are separate waiting areas for dogs and cats which was great for my cat who finds trips to the vet stressful. The service is amazing. When my cat had her teeth cleaned and one tooth extracted the vet met me when I came to pick her up. He told me all about the surgery and answered all my questions. He was very thorough which I find is quite rare. I don't live in Scarborough anymore but after seeing a vet downtown, I am considering making the trip just to ensure that my kitty is well taken care of!!!
