In my 25 years as a pet owner, this is the very first time I've felt compelled to write a negative review about a vet. The front desk was very friendly and professional, but the vet was another story. She couldn't care less about my dog; in addition, she seemed to know less about veteranary medicine than me or the next guy. I came in and told them my dogs symptoms, 40 minutes later and $185 the vet came back out and repeated my dogs symptoms to me without adding a single word of insight or hope. I asked about getting some meds to help my dog out, but their prices were so high I decided to travel 40 miles to my old vet. Even factoring in the gas price and the consultation fee, I still saved money. More importantly, my old vet was actually helpful and showed real concern for my dogs well being. I WILL NEVER GO TO AEROWOOD ANIMAL HOSPITAL AGAIN.

They are very expensive but always there in an emergency. They do care about the animals but don't expect them to care for you as well. Some staff are not as warm to owners as they are to animals.
