Was called to pick up my dog waited a long time maybe an hour nothing was really explained to me. When giving me back my "Lady" the staff member called her a him and could not really even explain to me what was wrong...I had to wait even longer to find out from the doctor. Prices are good but I guess you get what you pay for. I won't be back.
