I made an appointment for my dog to receive one vaccine. They gave her 3 shots without my permission. They then proceeded to give me an unsolicited two hour behavior lesson (including things such as grabbing my dog which caused her to growl then telling me what I should to when she does this, rather than first, warning me what they were going to do, or preferably, not doing anything unless I asked for advise). As a final note on their level of competence, when I was recently reviewing the paperwork they gave me so that I could fax it to my new vet, I noticed that they listed my breed of dog wrong (even though I told them her breed, it is listed in the papers I gave them copies of, and it is obvious from her appearance).

If you want a vet that cares, this is not the one to go to. You never speak to the vet-always have to go through the staff. Vet does not call back when told they would. My pet went in for an annual check up and came out extremely sick for a week. We now wonder what the staff did to our pet while they brought him to the "back" for his shots, which took about 30 minutes. This vet only cares about making money and upselling you on everthing they can think of. They put on a good "show" with the free toys, soft music and medical record book, but boy do you pay for it!! I would never recommend this Vet to anyone who loves their pet!! If you do go, get ready to pay dearly for a check up--over $300 and if your pet needs preventative work such as a tooth cleaning, get ready for $600- $1200!!!!

This vet only cares about making money from you, not your pets health. They would not give me my full heart worm prescription for my pet unless i filled it through them.

The staff are wonderful. They always great you with a smile. My dog always gets treats and my cat gets catnip and a free cat toy. The care is amazing.
