Click to report rating    10/11/10   1     1     1     1   Ya, I have experince a similar situation with my dog, had a small cut, and they made such a big deal, and after I paid all the money, I was talking to other friends and they told, WE WISH you asked us about this place, it is rediculas how they make people feel so bad to get their money, and I witnessed them pull another dog and drag him from behind the counter like they care less about these pets, just the money.
