ASC is truly a world-class veterinary facility. We sought treatment at ASC for our nine-year old boxer, Dakota, following a grand mal seizure and subsequent diagnosis of a brain tumor. We received excellent, compassionate guidance about treatment options, and ultimately chose to proceed with Cyberknife treatment, which in the US is only available at this facility, and perhaps one other on the west coast. We were deeply impressed with the quality of care that was given at every encounter, and we are pleased to say that, at this point, just a few short days after treatment, Dakota is doing very well, enjoying life in a way that we had not seen for many weeks. Dr. Joseph and his exceptional colleagues cannot be praised highly enough. We are immensely grateful.

Our dogs have always been as important as our human family members, so when Lucy was dignosed with lymphoma, we were needless to say heartbroken. Our vet of many years referred us to ASC for a consultation and the Oncology staff including Dr. Ettinger, Dr. Glasser, Stacy and crew have been simply wonderful not only to Lucy but to us humans too. They have genuinely all shown as mjch care for our dog as if she were their own. The time spent with us at each visit, the pone calls with updates explaining test results, actual treatments and any questions we ma have is truly incredible. More importantly, their approach to medical care includes the owners' beliefs as well as what is quality life for the dog they are treating (and not simply what the wonders of medicine can ultimately do). The care is top notch!

Our Goldendoodle, Dixie, became very ill when she turned 2 years old. Our vet wisely he referred us to Dr. Berg and Dr. Joseph at Animal Specialty Center.
They were everything that our dog needed and more. They were knowledgeable, passionate, caring, and (don’t discount this!) great with dogs. They diagnosed the problem, and devised a program where Dixie could first heal and then later we could control her condition.
They have a state of the art facility with the latest diagnostic and surgical equipment. The facility was specially designed for veterinary medicine right down to their spacious reception area. Their support staff is equally as professional and caring.
Dixie just turned seven, something that was not a certainly when we first arrived at Animal Specialty Center. Since that time, we have also consulted with other doctors on their staff about other health issues, and were equally as delighted and reassured that we were getting the best treatment for our dog.

Finnegan, my J.R. Terrier, was severely injured in a car accident. Broken pelvis, internal injuries, muscle damage. Dr. Richard Joseph, Dr. Rousseau,Dr. Bonczynski, Dr. Hearon all saved his life!!! Plus, he had to learn to walk again, and did pool therapy for months with P/T Therapist, Linda McMahon. Now, eight months later he is running and jumping like he used to. I highly recommend all of the staff at the Animal Specialty Center. They saved Finnegan's life. Thank you!!!

They have a wonderful board certified avian and exotics vet on staff - Dr. Anthony Pilny. Dr. Pilny is responsive, knowledgable and caring. You couldn't ask for anything more from a vet. We trust him with our two most precious family members and are grateful to have such a fine doctor to be able to turn to.
