Willow Creek is all about the bottom line and won’t help your pet unless they can make a substantial profit. Dr. Orme is the worst vet I’ve encountered and needs to develop communication skills and customer service training. Want to be talked down to by a vet tech this is the place. Front desk is a complete disaster. No apologies for miss scheduled appointments or prolonged wait times for phone calls, even though they staff 4 plus staff working the desk. Nice facility but it should be for the price you pay. This place is the worst and in business for the wrong reason!

We had the same experience with Rick Campbell. He is rude and just done right mean!!! Took a puppy to him, (we intended to breed) he totally misdiagnosed a simple infection and gave us a topically antibiotic. The dog went septic and almost died within 2 days of Dr. Campbells visit. When we contacted the clinic, we were dismissed and we were never about to breed this dog, due to the scars that covered his body, from the infection. Yeah nice clinic, but the rotten rude treatment cost us dearly!!!

This is a nice clinic and seems to be clean! Most of the staff that has helped us has been very nice!!! But I will NEVER go back there because owner/vet Dr. Rick Campbell treated us so rudely! He was arrogant and only interested in hearing himself talk. We had a sick puppy and he wouldnt let us ask any questions! We thought it might be parvo but he said there was no way it could be!!! He sent us home with some kind of doggie pepto and said the puppy would be fine!!! We asked if he wanted to do a test for parvo and he said flat out no! 2 days later another clinic did a parvo test and it was parvo. 3 of our 4 puppies died because Dr. Campbell wasnt interested in helping us!!! He was horrible and we will never go back! Neither will other people we know!!!
