Dr Jim seems to be a nice knowing vet with a curtious staff with reasonable pricing. Why did I leave I was always being sent to the emergency hospital as Dr Jim was too busy or he was away or whatever. I once said that the doc should open his practice in the emergency as we were always being sent there. Come to find out that he owns the emergency hospital time to retire Dr Jim when I see my family Dr I always see the same Doc some of us are comfortable that way

Dr. Jim and his Team are without a doubt the best pet caregivers we have ever had. We have multiple pets so over a number of years we have gone for everything from major surgery to regular check ups. In EVERY situation Dr. Jim explained what he was doing in a way that reassured us regarding these important members of our family. The fees he charged are always very fair and based on what we hear from other pet owners his fees are actually cheap. We can see that Dr. Jim and his staff truly care about our pets, and show genuine compassion for us when we are afraid for the worst. You can read other people's reviews that may be negative, but our honest experience is that Dr. Jim and his Team are the most competent; caring; fair and honourable people you will ever deal with. We wholeheartedly trust him and recommend him to anyone who seeks the best care for their extended family members (with fur)

Been my vet and my clinic for almost 25 years..not one complaint and nothing but professionalism.. I have had pets the entire time and have recieved nothing but excellent care.

Fabulous, caring and patient veterinarian. Dr. Jim is one of the best I've ever seen and I'm glad that he's located in LaSalle. His staff are always pleasant and kind to my little dog Jasmine and the first thing you notice is that the entire staff CARES about you and your pet. If you have a negative experience with this clinic, you need to check yourself because this place is very well managed and if you're not happy with something, then talk to Dr. Jim and don't leave until you're satisfied. He works at making sure you're comfortable.

There are no words to describe the way I feel about this amazing Veterinary Hospital. God has blessed us and our Fur Babies. Dr. Jim is an exceptional man. His team of Angels are just as exceptional as he is. I have been blessed to have them in my life. My dogs get the best care that anyone could provide. From the beginning of life until the end is indescribable. Dr. Jim is one of the most caring veterinarians I've ever met. Caring and does not take advantage when we as pet parents we are so vulnerable and will pay anything for the best care that is needed. I have told everyone I know about this team of Angels and don't know what I would do without them. If you are a pet parent you need to make them a visit. Guarantee you will be very happy! ????????????????

Absolutely an amazing vet! His staff are also awesome! When my dog needed emergency surgery he stayed after hours on a Saturday to perform the surgery. He always explains things very well, and answers any questions that I have. He has even called after hours to see how my dog is doing after surgery. They were very compassionate when I had to put my boy down. So when I got another dog of course I would take her to Dr. Jim. I just wish I could find a doctor for myself as great as my dog has!

I was just at this clinic and Dr. Jim and his staff were very supportive of our decision to euthanize our pet. Dr. Jim provided all of the worse case scenarios and all of the best case scenarios when it came to our pets health. Thereby helping with hardest decision we ever had to make. We will be returning to him for our other pets health care.

I brought my pet in to see Dr. Jim McCorquodale and instead of doing a full exam he did the bare minimum probley expecting me to come back after his first treatment dint work.Well not everyone has money to bring there pet to the vet every week so my pet died and i blame it on him for being a greedy vet with no care at all. Never going back there.

I was very impressed with Dr Jim. I could tell he obviously loves animals! The clinic is very neat and clean and very cool in the summer to help keep your pet at ease. All the staff were very friendly and helpful with information. I love this veterinarian and his clinic; so glad he is close to my home!

Firstly, a red flag should be raised that there is only 1 vet there. No one to consult for a second opinion, no one to cover for illness, and almost all clinics today can afford better equipment with more than one vet! I was charged for a leg x-ray and was never shown the x-ray. VERY unusual. I was informed that the femor was broken, which would require major surgery. I then went to another clinic. I was shown the x-ray and it was NOT the bone I was told at Malden. Previously, we had taken this same dog when she was a puppy for her first appt. The vet didn't know how to weigh himself then hold the puppy and subtract the difference!!! Vet school 101! I also received a call from them 3 years AFTER my last visit warning me not to give my cat the food shown on my chart. Ummmm CAT??? I also heard from other parents at functions horrible stories they had encountered at this clinic!!! Please avoid this place for the sake of your pet!!

Dr. Jim and his staff are absolutely wonderful. We have dealt with him when we had our cat and now that we have our dog (who doesn't seem to like him)we are still coming to him. I would recommend this veternary business to anyone.
