They only care about padding the bill. Life saving treatment withheld until payment was made. They play estimate game. Vet Kaitlyn Eller needs to lose her license. Personality of a gnat. Where are real Vets that actually care anymore? My visit was this January after midnight. My cat is fine because he didn't eat the Tylenol for if he did Vet would've killed him withholding treatment. Stay away! Stay away.

As an emergency hospital most are more expensive then a daytime vet but lets be realistic, they need to pay to keep the doors open all night long. This hospital is one of the lower costing emergency hospitals in the area and they see exotics 24 hours a day! For my bunny this is the best news ever. The staff is friendly and educated. The building is in good shape and the lobby is well cared for. On emergency you may wait an hour to see the doctor if they are busy but your pet will get the medical attention they need right away if you approve it. My dog went into the back to be with the technical staff and when they decided he was "stable" they brought us into a room to wait with him for the doctor. They do require that all services be paid in full when you go in and don't offer payment plans. For my dogs situation it was $1,500 for 48 hours of care but it was worth it and he is doing great! None of the other emergency hospitals I called offered payment plans either and quoted much more.
