Companion lost it's edge when Dr. Thompson sold it to NovaVetPet. There are too many doctors and the feeling that you were more than just another animal is now gone. The doctors are ignorant when it comes to communicating costs to their clients. It's best to ask about costs upfront so as not to be surprised when you're paying. Appointments are running late about 50% of the time. Staff (other than doctors) are pleasant and easy to deal with.
