The best vet clinic! Dr Matt and his staff are caring, knowledgeable and professional. Dr. Matt is honest and truly cares about the animals. He doesn’t recommend unnecessary procedures, as I have always experienced prior to switching to Oakpark. I would highly recommend this clinic!

Never ever coming back to this clinic , you guys have no compassion for pets. All what you care is just MONEY. You furry friend is the one who pays for their fancy looking clinic. I don’t trust all of these fake good reviews about them, clearly misleading way to attract you. You simply in to make huge business from us. STAY AWAY UNLESS YOU WANNA PAY AN ARM AND LEG FOR UNNECESSARY TESTING.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS SCAM PPl. Money grabber, this clinic is in for business and they don’t really care about your pet. As all of you know, it’s a second generation veterinary business and that’s all. Extremely rude staff, thinking just because they are good looking that means enough statisfication while in fact it means nothing to me. You misdiagnosed my dog case and costed us a tan of money towsrds all requested unecssary testing just to keep thier clininc in business. We took our dog to another clinic which is close to you and that’s where he got diagnosed with neoplasia same day and we end up by putting him to sleep. Shame on all of you.

We have trusted Oakpark with our 14 year old sheepdog for years now. The staff (Dr Matt is our veterinarian) are extremely knowledgeable, handling everything from prescription refills to emergency surgery (when he ate a pair of boxer shorts..) with care, compassion and the utmost professionalism. The facility is state of the art, clean, well run and organized. Coming from another vet clinic, oak parks pricing was fair and if anything, a lot lower than most. I drive 45 minutes out of my way, past other clinics, to get to this one. There are never suggested unnecessary testing/ procedures, and I have ALWAYS felt like they put our pets best interests FIRST. They are accommodating, reliable, compassionate and have an obvious love of animals. I would (and have) recommended this clinic to everyone and anyone who loves their pet and wants the best possible care.

Would not recommend for dental cleaning & extractions. Complications with my pet & will not ever go back. Do what's in the best interests of your pet & take them to a better vet. Totally regret taking my dog there & I also paid $1200 for incompetent work.

We all love our pets as part of our family - and so do the folks at Oak Park. From Reception when we call for Zoey's prescription refills (no matter how busy they are, they take time to ask after her & sincerely WANT to hear the answer) to the Doctors themselves - shout out to Dr Emma .. I don't know how she copes at night being so sympathetic & truly invested in her patients all day long! Are they more expensive? I don't know. But I do know that our Zoey is worth every penny in the level of care, commitment and compassion she receives. I won't go anywhere else.

Get there and my emails were deleted per receptionist. ..not dealt with per request. After I left realize my dogs names were misspelled. Not recommending. Not impressed

I drive way out of my way to go to this clinic. They don't drive up fees for their patients, they are very knowledgable and good with the animals. As someone who has a vast experience with animals and pet care, they are the only clinic I will take my animals to.

Never have felt overcharged. At times we have been undercharged. The staff recognize that we had expensive issues and scaled back some of the costs. All staff are very professional. Dr. Jenna was particularly compassionate with the passing of our dog. facility is new and clean.

I was seeing another vet who I was already leary of. He seemed very much to be in it for the money and not for the well-being of my very loved dog. This was confirmed when my dog became very ill and he disappeared in the middle of her illness. I was left on a holiday weekend looking for a new vet. Dr. Matt came highly recommended by two independent friends. He, and the staff at the hospital, have been AMAZING from day 1. He lays out your options, is very upfront about costs (which are much lower than those of my last vet), and tends to go with the least intrusive measures first. He constantly follows up and is very clear with his diagnosis and recommendations. I finally feel as though dog is in good hands with him.

Very reputable clinic. Dr. Lara is amazing and so are the other vets there. She is always willing to help and answer any questions or inquires that I have no matter when it is. Always very punctual at getting back to clients or getting prescriptions out for my animals meds. She performed both the cruciate repair on my Lab and her spay as well and the after care was amazing and very very thorough. Yes they are a bit pricey, but for the services and compassion they provide I don't mind paying. I would highly recommend this clinic to anybody wanting excellent care for their furry friends.

Dr. Matt is the most knowledgable vet that I have ever brought any of my pets to and always takes the time to explain any procedures and answer any questions you may have. I had bright my dog to another vet for a sore in his mouth and that vet wanted to remove it and advised that they would have to remove part of his jaw with it. I brought my dog to dr. Matt for a second opinion as a friend of mine referred me to him and he told me that if it is not bothering him that there is really no need to remove it as it is not life threatening. He also explained that if it did start to bother him that it can be removed and definitely does not require a part of the jaw to be removed with it. I have been bringing my dog there since and each time am given honest answers. Although I can't say the prices are cheap, you do get your money's worth and I feel comfortable that they do not recommend unnecessary procedures just for the money.

I cannot say enough about the care my pets and I have gotten at Oakpark Pet Hospital. They are incredably compassionate and always make the time for my animals. I have called with an emergency twice and Dr Matt and Dr Lara each fit me in during their over booked Saturday or stayed late to see us on a weekday night. The staff is always very accomidating and friendly and I truely cannot say enough about the Hospital. I have recommended them to many of my friends and have not heard a complaint yet. I wish I could say the same for my owner doctors office. Thank you to everyone at Oakpark Pet Hospital

The vets and staff at this clinic are fantastic! They took amazing care of my dog and cat and were always helpful and friendly and willing to answer all my questions about both animals. As a new pet owner I had many concerns and questions about my dog and they were patient in answering each and every one. When a test result came back for my dog late on a weekend one of the vets took the time to call me at home and go through it all with me. I miss the clinic and wish I lived closer so we could continue to go there.

This clinic is good for annual check-ups, but should your pet have an underlying condition, they tend to recommend high-priced procedures instead of finding the root cause of the problem. As a Registered Nurse, I was uncomfortable with a recent diagnosis for my pet, and sought a second opinion else where. If you ever feel uncomfortable with a diagnosis, always get a second opinion. There are many highly rated vet clinics that can be found here on vetratingz.com.

This clinic is good for annual checkups, however should your beloved pet have any underlying problems or issues, this clinic does not address or treat your pet in a humane manner. Very upsetting as we have experienced this personally and lost our dog under their so called care at a very young age. We did not receive any indication that our pets care was beyond their capabilities. Upon our pets passing we were not even sent a sympathy card or call. This "clinic" is better described as a business enterprise that is well masked behind their smiles and homelike environment.

This friendly staff and doctors are fantastic. They truly care for the animals and try to get the root of the problem. They understand that some are on a budget and try to offer the best care for the best price. I bring my two dogs here and trust all the DVM's and the staff. The staff spends the time explaining the results of any tests run. And provide you with information so you can make the best decision for your pet. I highly recommend this clinic to everyone and anyone.

Dr. Matt Croskery and his staff have me speechless with their professional, compassionate and no nonsense approach to helping me with my little best friend's heart condition! I trust Dr. Matt and his staff implicitly! Dr. Matt took the time to x-ray, perform tests, explain the results and recommend a course of treatment that seems to be working just fine for my little tuxedo cat - all without an appointment because my cat was in heart failure and distress. Thank you for all of your help, support and for following up Dr. Matt, my hat's off to you Sir! Thank you so much! W.A

We would recommend this clinic to anyone. The staff are super friendly and the vets are amazing! We take our two dogs here and they receive such great care. The vets get to the bottom of any issues and provide options so you can decide what is best for your pet or you can ask for their opinion. We also find that they are really quite generous with their time. We switched from our previous vet due to misdiagnosis and the vets at Oakpark were able to figure it all out. Prices are competitive and what you get for what you pay is definitely worth it. You never feel like they're doing something for the sake of getting more money out of you (like our last vet). Dr. Matt and his team are fantastic - even our dogs agree :)

I would not recommend this vet. They are much more likely to recommend high-priced surgery rather than search for the cause of the problem in other ways. We were given a surgical quote for over $1500 after we spent $500 during two separate visits to determine the cause of our dog's discomfort. Subsequently, we found comparative costs for the same surgery in the area to be a min. of $550 less expensive. Although on the surface, they appear to be pleasant and act concerned, It really seems as if they are not as interested in the care of the pets that are brought in - but instead do their best to charge you exorbitant costs for each & every procedure (including costs such as over $100 for surgical gown for surgery) . We are not going to go back to them. There are many more vets in the area - try one of them instead.
