	10/26/10	1	3	3	1	Paid $122.50 for surgical nail trimming on my dog. For days afterwards my dog could not stand, walk, or jump (all normal dog activities) without yelping in pain. I returned to Plum Street and politely asked for a refund or the next trimming done without charge. I was informed by Bob Beiderman (owner) that neither would happen because of lawyers, etc. I find this response and customer service to be irresponsible and immature.
