Terrible! The staff wouldn't refill a prescription for a chronic lung condition for my old dog last week. When I asked "why?" I was told that I must first have another office visit--but the vet would not be in until the following week. I explained that the medicine was a maintenance dose--nothing new. "That's the way it is if you want to refill this", I was told.
Could I have a few days worth so he didn't suffer over the weekend? "No". I said that his lungs would clog and shook my head in dismay--that's all-but agreed and booked the Monday visit.
With coughing dog, my wife arrived Monday morning and politely asked whether the vet's orginal "chronic" diagnoses had changed? Dr. Frei then began shouting at her and berated her to tears. She then kicked us out of the practice.
Convinced this was a case of mistaken identity or some huge misunderstanding I called but she shouted at me and slammed the phone down! If you go here, watch your every word and facial expression!

Simply the best. Have always taken care of my kitties. I highly recommend them. One of my kitties was critical at one point and they gave him the best care and kept me informed.

I agree with the previous comment 100% Dr. Frie scares away good, hard working employees with her horrible attitude. She is extremely rude to her employees and not very good with the clients as well. Stay FAR FAR away from this clinic!!!

The owner of this clinic does not care about the client nor respect her employees. I was there for an exam for my dog, Dr Frei was there yelling at her employees and made me fill very uncomfortable there. I would NEVER go back nor recommend this clinic to anyone else.
