The vets are neglectful and do not care about the health of the animals. They lost my coworkers dog for two hours. This is a sick puppy and could have been killed out in the community on the busy roads or killed by the stress of the experience. DO NOT BRING YOUR ANIMAL HERE!!

Had my dog put dog here and will forever regret the experience. Always do your research before choosing a vet! I question the vet Navdeep Masoun Singh's code of conduct and work ethics. Will be filing a complaint to the Alberta Veterinary Medical Association!

I never leave any reviews , but when it comes to my dog, I am not gonna let it slide. This is really making me upset and I hope to share these for everybody to avoid seeing Dr NAVDEEP MASOUN SINGH.
Horrible experience putting dog down at this clinic, no respect at all to the dog, rushing to get his job done and go. will regret bringing my dog here for the rest of my life! Go to another vet that actually care.

We took our Dog into this clinic who is suffering from a lung tumour and hypertrophic osteopathy. The vet prescribed Gabapentin for his pain, charging us $50 for a week supply. After a few weeks this office ran out of Gabapentin and told me it would be 3 days before they could order more. Frantically I called VCA MacEwan animal hospital who was able to fill the prescription once the Creekside hospital emailed over the form. After waiting 2 hours they finally sent the prescription over. MacEwan animal hospital charged us $25 for the same Gabapentin the Creekside hospital was charging us double for. This veterinarian, Navadeep Singh Masoun is a crook and should be ashamed of himself taking advantage of people and their pets illfortune. Save your time and money and go somewhere else.

Do not go here! This clinic is terrible since the new owners took over. One doctor is good but the other only wants your money! They charge you for unnecessary tests and xrays only to send you to an emergency clinic because they don't have the knowledge to help you pet. So you have to pay all over again at another clinic!

I recommend them to everyone and I will now be bringing in our other two cats as well. Thank you so much everyone at Creekside!
I took our cat Kreamie in for a check up and to look at a sore that he keeps scratching at. The clinic was very clean and the ladies greeted me and were super friendly. The doctor got him in and he needs to go on a diet(fat boy). The sore turns out to be a skin tag that can be removed with a simple surgery while put under. The Dr recommended a blood test for the senior check up(what they called it) and to see if it's safe to put him under for the surgery for the sore removal. Tests came back and he has the starting signs of kidney disease. The short and the long of it is that he could pass in the next year but since we caught it early, with check ups he could live a good life with a change in diet(fat boy needed it anyway) and meds. They set me up with new food and the meds. Thank you Creekside for all your help with my little friend

I bring both my dogs for treatment there on a regular basis. They genuinely know and care about my animals and the Vet is a available by phone or in person to answer questions. Very happy with the service.

The girl that was at the front when I walked in was abrupt and on her cell phone, when the vet finally saw my cat he called a CHILD into the room, stating that the child was his vet in training... (My daughter wanted to volunteer here a few years ago and was told she had to be 16 to volunteer. They have children working on the animals and not in safe ways! The vet was short tempered with my cat, and the child was very rough with the handling of him. We are never going back, and trying a new clinic in the area next time we need a professional opinion as I don't feel this clinic is set up with any professionals! If you care about your pets you WONT bring them here!

I visited this Vet Clinic a little while back when my Lab chipped her front canine on a rock (My vet was closed, as it was a Sunday). The vet immediately said, we have to put this dog under and remove the tooth and we must do blood work first. I asked how much this would cost, he said an upwards of $3000! I decided to wait until my vet opened on Monday for a second opinion. I went to my vet and he immediately suggested that the tooth not be taken out as it is a major tooth and my dogs tongue would hang lazily out of its mouth and a greater risk of infection may occur. He suggested we leave the tooth, watch it for infection and treat my dog for pain. He added my dog could live with this tooth and not have any problems, which has been the case. This proved to me the Creekside Vet was just out for my money and didn't take my dogs best interest/health into consideration. I would not return to this vet for any kind of care.

The vet was really pushy and didn't want to talk about my concerns. My puppy has been pretty healthy since I got her, she's had an upset tummy once and the vet insisted it was because I didn't vaccinate her for everything he said! I've never heard of kennel cough causing a tummy problem. He refused to help me unless I bought the food he sold out front and I could hear him making fun of me to his staff when he left the room. He said he was going to check some medications and was gone for almost an HOUR!!! Complete waste of my time and money!! NEVER GOING BACK!!!! If you care for your pets you'll go else where!

This was the most terrible vet experience we have ever had. I took my cat in asking for antibiotics because he had a fever and he insisted I have blood work done. When the blood work came back normal he wouldn't take the time to explain the results and wrote us off. Total money grab! We will be driving the extra distance to see our regular vet from now on!

I came into the clinic last Friday looking for vet wrap. My dog had her dew claws removed and my vet (45 mins away) forgot to send us with vet wrap. When I came in and asked for some the girls were super rude.. Saying they didn't have any and if they did they couldn't sell me any. I asked to speak with the vet... After a few mins another girl came from the back.. She said I could buy some for 10$ a roll. Needing the vet wrap I didn't care how much it was, till I looked else where a day later and for bigger rolls it was 2$. For people who " care for animals" and know the extent of care for a puppy with dew claws removed I'm shocked at the crappy attitude and service I was given. Plus the HUGE over charge for the vet wrap. I wouldn't bring my animal here in any emergency/ non emergency if it was the last clinic on earth!!!!

I took my dog here for annual vaccinations and was very disappointed. They overcharged me and up-sold me on deworming meds that I didn't need. The vet also told me that my dog could possibly have a heart murmur and that he needed a $300 echocardiogram. No other vet before or after has ever heard a heart murmur. This office scams customers and gives very poor patient care to your pets. Go elsewhere if you want good care.

After my vet retired I had to find someone else after calling around Creekside was one of the cheapest I could find close to home. I waited 45 minutes after my appointment time to see the doctor when there was no one else around. The girl at the desk kept disappearing, and wasn't very social, when the doctor finally showed up he slowly walked across the parking lot on his phone! The room had what looked like blood on the one wall and there was hair all over the floor. I could hear the staff talking about me when the doctor left the room and laughing. We will be finding someone else next time we need to see a vet!

The front desk staff were great, but the vet not so much. Every time we take our cats there for their annual check up, he checks each quickly, and then spends the rest of the time trying to upsell us on food and other treatments. Prevention is never discussed, nor are future consequences of health problems (one of our cats is overweight, and rather than telling about long term issues or recommending holistic food, which we are believers in, he spent 15 minutes pushing his own food that he sold up front) we are currently looking for a new vet.

My dog has ear troubles and the vet was very rough with my dog when scoping his ear. This had been done before at castleridge without pain to my dog. At creekside he has his assistant pin my dog. He has never fussed with any vet before or since. I'll never go back! The vet also was yelling at his staff when we were waiting to see him.

I've been taken my cats and a dog to this hospital for the last two years. Front ladies are friendly and helpful. The vet is very nice, and he cares my opinion & pets; however, he has quite a strong accent in his speech and I’m having difficulty understanding him. About the price, I asked for an annual vaccine for my cat, and he gave her FVRCP ($76), Rabies ($23), and deworm ($29.5). I went other vet (Castleridge) before where only gave her FCVRC ($90.86). If I compare the charges for the basic vaccine, Creek Side is cheaper; however, he gave me other treatments (rabie & deworm) and it ended up more expensive. My cats are indoor, and wonder if all these were necessary (he said it is).

First time going there, had appt for 4:15 and didn't get seen until 4:40 when there weren't many people. Front desk girl was gone several times without letting us know when we will be seen...Vet was nice and addressed concerns I had, medicine was reasonbly priced, it was a good experience, not superb.

This vet clinic and Doctor are excellent. They are compassionate, honest and thorough. The fees charged are significantly lower than other clinics I have used in the past and the service is superior. I highly recommend this office and the Doctor to anyone looking for someone who is looking for a top notch clinic with great staff.

The girls out front are frientdly and knowledgeable. The doctor really seems to care about your pet and your oppinion. They were fairly priced (MUCH lower then my last vet) and able to do most things there, to save me more money and have less stress on my cat! It was great and I recomend them to everyone with animals!!!!
