Dr Liska charged $140 x 3 = $420 for annual exams for my 3 dogs and spent only 10 minutes in total with them = $42 PER MINUTE. Previously he did dental work removing 7 teeth on one dog, but missed a bad area and expected another $1.5k for more work only 12 months later. RIDICULOUS! If you dare to express any concern, he gets miserable and argumentative trying to push you to get upset so he could make you the bad guy; I just stated to him that I was not interested in an argument, I just wanted a resolution to my questions and concerns, including value for my money by getting the exams I paid for. Staff tried to be helpful but the other vet refused to provide due diligence on the partner. I tried to professionally deal with my questions and concerns, but it was not possible to continue to work with the clinic.

My elderly Chinese Crested and I were always treated with respect and very professional care. I chose to drive to Okotoks from Calgary because of the intelligence and sensitivity of all the staff.

Our dog was neutered and had a cherry eye repair surgery done at the same time. He was discharged without antibiotics and developed an infection from his neuter within 24 hours. His cherry eye surgery was not successful and the condition has worsened since his surgery. Our other dog has been neutered and had cherry eye repair on both eyes at another vet so we have comparison. The Liz Street vet returned our office dog with a bloody, swollen infected neuter and a swollen and worse cherry eye than when we took him in. Not trying to leave a bad review, just stating the facts.

Don't bother going there unless your rich & your hard earned money means nothing to you. What a joke. Very dissatisfied with my recent visit.

I have been here twice and also picking up food but always feel like I am an inconvenience. Will use them for Sunday food but have another vet in town now and very happy.

Marco is a great vet. We had been seeing him for 5 years but have now moved to BC. Our family will miss Marco. Our two English Bulldogs absolutely love him and the rest of the staff. Marco truly cares about the animals!!! Our female, Gertrude, has had many issues with multiple surgeries and Marco was great. He gave us different payment options as he knew it was tough on our bank account.

Took my dog here when her normal vet was closed. The staff (including Dr. Marco) were all very friendly and nice to my dog. Had a ton of blood work done and had a medication change. I asked them to print out all of the results of the blood work in case I need to go to an Emergency vet later. Stupid me, didn't check the printouts - they only gave me half of the tests. Called later as my dog was having a bad reaction to the drugs and was told that it couldn't be the drugs - I wasn't blaming them just wanted to know what to do and instead I got a defensive attitude. Was told by the ER vet later that evening that my dog should have had a drug to calm her stomach - especially after I phoned to tell them the problem. The cost was higher than normal and the care was inadequate. I won't go back.

I was very upset with this clinic - my dog had been in a serious altercation with another dog and needed immediate medical attention. I called this clinic and they told me that because it was 10 minutes before closing, that they wouldn't see my dog!!! I was very upset at this treatment!! My dog needed help and they wouldn't help me!! I hope a lot of people see this and don't go there - then maybe they can make sure they go home on time all the time!!

Both vets are terrific. Caring, knowledgeable, easy to work with. Front end staff are friendly and helpful. I really like this clinic!

I recently switched to this clinic after they were open and available to see my sick puppy...twice! I called at 7pm on a Monday and was seen shortly thereafter. They also took a Sunday appointment! The clinic was nice and staff friendly. My pup is all better now and will be bringing my cat to them too when necessary.
