I only hope the care given the animals exceeds the terrible service owners receive from the desk staff and technicians.
The practice of requiring prepayment of the minimum of the most catastrophic results, in lieu of the prepayment of the most minor results, is not a true payment of a minimum. I was informed that the minimum of the maximum was necessary. I prepaid the wrong amount in a process that doesn’t provide a receipt or a view of the payment. I questioned the practice & was told, “That’s our system.”
The minimum procedure was only necessary,so I received a credit.I received an invoice with a negative balance. I stated that I couldn’t imagine how an insurance company could pay. I was told by the technician, “We don’t never have no problems with insurance.” My insurance company didn’t pay. After the denial & my explanation of the moronic practices of El Sol Animal Clinic my claim was paid. My dog seemed satisfied even if staff forgot to give me her medications for which I paid
