Fees are outrageous - my dental estimate was $1400 - $1970 and there is a charge for everything. I sought a second opinion elsewhere and received the same dental service (cleaning with extractions) for $777

My husband and I are new to the area and we're shopping around for a great clinic to take our fur babies to. We are very picky and have a list of criteria as we want the best care for our dog and cat. After phoning around to several clinics in the area, we phoned crescent beach and our expectations were beyond met! The receptionist was so warm, kind and inviting which for people like us who are very anal about our animals, it was very nice to hear. She answered all of our questions effortlessly and made us feel like she wasn't trying to make a sale on new clients but rather to welcome us to the area and make us feel comfortable about where we decide to take our pets. We were scheduled in for next day which for our hectic schedules is wonderful. We can't always book a week or two in advance. Upon arrival, the clinic was clean, tidy, inviting and bright. The technician was very helpful and Dr. Andrews was wonderful. Highly recommend these folks and will absolutely be long term clients.

I had a great experience with dr. Cavanaugh . She is very warm and caring and sherry has always been a gem. However the new staff was rude and inappropriate. She is one that will play head games with you and make you feel stupid. It's too bad that this clinic has such a revolving door of good staff. I felt it did better but now it feels like there's another lianne there. Sigh

Seriously take your pet somewhere else. This man is nothing but a money driven hack. He's all about the money,treats his staff like garbage, and has the ego think he's better than the specialists. You won't always have a bad experience here, but when your pet needs professional care seek out a new vet asap.

Dr. Andrews is extremely thorough and astute when he treats our many rabbits. He consistently catches issues that other vets would miss. He is compassionate, efficient and extremely knowledgeable. His staff, as the saying goes, "makes the trains run on time." This clinic is highly recommended.

I took my dog to crescent beach vet clinic and she needed surgery to remove a mammory tumor. My dog is 15 years old. i couldn't say more about the staff and doctor. Follow up calls and general nature of the clinic. My dog is doing great. The surgery and day at the vet was 400.00. 15 minute appointment with a doctor at boundary bay vet cost me the same and staff and service were not comparable to crescent beach vet clinic. I would highly recommend.

After our 'little rescue' adopted us we decided to find a clinic closer to our new home for our baby girl. Wonderful, wonderful clinic. Lee Ann, the receptionist is awesome. Her bubbly attitude is contagious, even our little dog gets excited seeing Lee Ann. Sherrie, the long time tech, is fantastic. Very, very good at her job. Yes the Doctor run late at times but with the time he spends with us, answering our questions and calming our concerns, he is apt to run late. A very first rate clinic with first rate equipment. So glad we changed clinics and decided to make Crescent our clinic.

By far the best veterinary clinic! I just moved to the area and found Crescent Beach Vet Clinic top notch. The staff is fabulous. Lee Ann the receptionist made me feel relaxed and comfortable and treats my dog like a king. The technicians in the back are highly skilled and gentile. Dr Andrews is extremely knowledgable and really listens to my concerns. He really takes the time to listen and answer all my questions. I would highly reccomendthis veterinary clinic! Good Job guys!

Very rude receptionist - I have stopped going there just because of her -- wow--- where do these people come from and why are they dealing with the public. Dr. Tim is fine and I think fairly competant and reasonbly priced as compared to any other vets in the area but he needs to find some better staff. He's probably losing more business than he knows. People generallyl wont do business where they feel uncomforable or not appreciated.

I called this vet as a new patient and the receptionist was very rude and actually HUNG up on me in the middle of a question when I called back she just said she was really busy and didn't even apologize. If the staff is that rude in a phone call, I'm not going to give them the chance to be rude in person.

My experience with Dr. Andrews has been nothing but great. We have gone to him for a second opinion on a very complicated case. He has given us common sense answers as well as up to date medical answers when dealing with a multitude of issues. Compared to other vets his charges are in line or more reasonable. He has always been kind, punctual and compassionate in his dealing with us. I would not hesitate to recommend him for either a first or second opinion. The staff are wonderful, remembering our dog and equally as caring and compassionate. No complaints whatsoever.

I have been a long time client, but will NEVER go back. All of his long-time staff left, no doubt because of the terribly disrespectful way that they were treated. His prices are outrageous - you take your pet in for a simple treatment and are handed a bill no less than $500, most of which is for things that were not discussed, and probably not even needed. Any little thing that he can charge for, he will, and has no problem trying to suck every last penny out of you. On top of all of this, even though you make an appointment, I would be lucky to sit and have my pet seen an hour later. Simply put, this clinic has fallen apart, and PLEASE BEWARE before you take your pet there!!!

I have brought my animals to Dr. Andrews for a number of years and I have put up with him coming over an hour late for many of our morning appointments and being so rude and a cash grabber because I thought he was a good vet. Well now all of his staff have left, that were there for many years and I have herd the way he belittles them first hand so I can understand why they left. Now he does not have anyone there that is trained and to be honest will all the stuff I have herd about him with the many other clients that are leaving he is not a very good vet after all. Never again will I go to that clinic.

I have been taking my dog to Dr. Andrews for several years and I have always been happy with the treatment and advice that I have received. He tries to get to the root of the problem and not just treat the symptoms. Importantly, he uses common sense in his recommendations and treatments and will discuss the options. He is concerned about the animal’s health and will advocate for their best care.
